Great experience with Jed! The walkthrough was detailed and he did a great job explaining things and answering questions. The report was very detailed as well and provided great insights and information.

Jed & his assistant Aaron were very friendly and thorough. They found 25 minor concerns. 48 moderate concerns and 12 major concerns on our 1920 Craftsman Home that we intend to sell. Everything is well documented with enlargeable pictures and an occasional video. The concerns are color-coded to help in prioritizing. They were inspecting and photographing for over 3 hours and then Jed wrote up the report in his car before heading home so that we'd have the report soon after the inspection documentation was finished. We are very impressed!!!

I had the pleasure of shadowing Jed Diehl on a home inspection for a home I plan on purchasing. He was extremely professional and informative. During each phase of the inspection he walked me through all the inner workings of proper code, what to do and not to do with certain issues. After each phase of the inspection he would ask if I had any questions or concerns and walk me through accordingly. Tim with Inspect Montana was great to work with! He was very personable and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. With scheduling, there was someone always available to answer any questions we had. And on the day of inspection, Tim was prompt and ensured everything was looked at.
