We hired Innovative Roofing in the summer 2024 to replace the roofs on four of our buildings at the Vista Ridge Condominiums located in Londonderry. The Innovative crew did an excellent job using quality materials at a very competitive price. They did an impeccable job of cleaning up the work site upon completion of the project. Professional and friendly service.

Innovative installed a rubber roof over our sunroom in a day. Altogether a seamless experience. Fast and really good work! Definitely recommend!

Recently had my roof done and my roof was a steep challenge with dormers and having to replace rotted rake boards, Boyd was great,he stayed there all day making sure everything was done right, my yard got cleaned up beautifully, very happy with a job well done

We had Innovative strip and shingle a historic Barn in Hollis, NH. From start to finish I was blown away. Dan is great to deal with from a project scoping and pricing standpoint. He’s just an all around solid guy with a wealth of knowledge in the roofing sphere. Their crew did quality work at a mind blowing pace. Most importantly they cleaned up every last nail and piece of debris. Completely ghosted us. Called back and forth, and finally got them to come out and give us an estimate. We never heard from them again. I've tried calling back, I've even asked them to let me know if it's simply something they don't want to do. But I can't get a response. We were under the impression we were going to move forward, now I'm scrambling with a leaking roof.

Would highly recommend Innovative Roofing for your roofing needs, They stripped 2 layers, replaced my roof including skylight. Dan always responded back to me with any questions I had. Arrived on the scheduled day, excellent crew, super clean-up. Quality materials and warranty with exceptional pricing.

No need to look any further. Dan and his team were unbelievable to deal with from the first visit to prepare a quote (all three owners were here) to delivering the finished product. Price was fair and they held to it. They job was done in one day and the clean up was impeccable. Too many contractors do not follow through on their word or communicate well. Not the case with Innovative - perfect communication and great service. I would use these guys again in a minute and would recommend them to anyone. They give the roofing industry a good name!!

Innovative was the second quote I got, they came in at a much more affordable rate and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Boyd was excellent, answered all my calls and texts immediately and took pictures/kept me updated on every step of the installation. The crew replaced an entire roof in half a day and left my house in immaculate condition. I recommended this company & Boyd to 3 of my close friends already, can’t say enough good things about them. 10/10 ⭐️

Innovative roofing did an excellent job removing my existing 2-layer roof and installing a new Owens Corning system. My old roof was three tab with no ridge vent, now it looks excellent and I expect years of life out of it. Innovative roofing showed up on time with a full crew of 9 people who got the whole job done in one day, including removing rotted decking and replacing four sheets, and did a very thorough job. Their price was extremely reasonable, second lowest price I received, and I knew I could trust them by their reviews and referral by Riley @ Knox Home Inspections. Dan at Innovative Roofing was responsive and professional, and I appreciated his no BS approach.

Very professional from beginning to end! Scheduling was a breeze am fast! Wr had our entire roof stripped, repaired and new roof installed in one day! Everything was so clean after would never had known they were there!!’ Highly recommend !!!

These guys were awesome. Came in so much lower than any other quote we received. Was able to do my roof on the date we had established, on time, very careful of all my landscaping and cleaned up everything. I was looking for new shutters and they found them for me and installed the two sets on the second floor. Loved the whole crew.

I was in need of a new roof and Innovative Roofing came in and did the work timely, very professionally - great crew!, and I feel like I got an excellent product. At the end of the day it was all cleaned up with no signs of how hard they worked all day. Being a female I got several quotes. They were all at least 5,000 over a price to do a roof. Then I used someone who scammed me out of material and ruined my home. Innovation roofing came in and in one day I had a new roof. That was done right! Ladies be careful who you use out there.

Dan and his team were impressively responsive. A timely inspection, a quote within hours, and they were out to do the work much sooner than I expected. Their price was reasonable and the quality of their work was excellent. They even did a little extra work when I asked them to without blinking an eye. I would recommend them without reservation. I would highly recommend Innovative Roofing! After getting two estimates, I chose them. Jarrett, Boyd and their crew were incredibly fast and skilled. Jarrett spotted a couple of problems with my existing roof (improperly installed fan exhausts and bad plywood under old roof) and these were fixed during the roof installation. His crew did my entire roof (a 3000 sq ft 4br home) in ONE DAY, including stripping of two old layers of shingles. It was impressive. The cleanup was meticulous. They made a few minor scrapes in the siding during installation which they repainted. Everything was done on schedule. Jarrett was friendly and helpful, from the initial estimate to the final inspection. I am very pleased and satisfied with the job they did and would highly recommend them!

Jarrett and Dan are top notch! These are not your regular roofers. They are honest, more than fair and very flexible. They completely re roofed my house in a day. Tore off 4 layers and the sheathing and replaced all of it. Their crew were professional, always working and clean up was BETTER than when they started!! I highly recommend Innovative Roofing NH.
