I am not a visual person, but after talking with Bill & Lou. The Design team which was Lou came up with my perfect layout for my new open concept kitchen. As for the demolition team they kept my other part of my front as clean as possible. Each person needs to get their own person stars from me. RON,ROB,RAY,CHRIS, RICHIE Everyone stay on schedule. I can't leave out Bill. He saw to it the cost was in my budget, and his recommendation were perfect. Lou, your design were accomplished and implemented my the right team. I will recommend Ink Installation for any Job that I need done. JOB WELL DONE

Over the past two years we’ve contracted with Inks Installations, first a full kitchen renovation and then a front porch replacement.

The chief coordinator for both projects was Lou. He was very attentive and involved from the start visiting often and checking on the situation and progress. He continually asked us if we were satisfied with the work and was anything of concern. The kitchen team was lead by Teddy and Big Mike. Both were very good at demonstrating care for our house( drop clothes, end of day clean-up)in general as well as demonstrating quality workmanship. The plumbing and electrical work were supervised by Lou upon his multiple visits. Each day we were consulted and updated on the project. Issues were addressed and discussed with great consideration and respect. Then resolved appropriately. The exterior addition to the kitchen was lead by Rick Super Duper and his crew and was absolutely outstanding. The completed kitchen remodel was great ! Afterwards a few minor issues appeared. We contacted Inks told them about the issues and they were quickly addressed and resolved to our great satisfaction.

We were so impressed with Inks that we contracted them to replace our very old unsafe front porch. The team again led by Rick and his crew removed all compromised lumber from the porch and left intact the subfloor and supports( because they were structurally safe( thus saving us $$$). Fully waterproofed and remodeled the porch with accent lighting and significantly safer railings. Outstanding work !!

Recently, Inks completed a 425 sq ft game room renovation project. The project started with our interaction with Bill Hrezo, Sales Representative, who listened and developed a plan for agreement and implementation. Bill was very accommodating and helpful. Inks provided outstanding team members for the project at a reasonable cost. All members of the Inks Team were professional. Special thanks to, installation members, Ted and Mike, who worked together insuring all facets of the renovation plan were completed. Their outstanding teamwork, performance, personal interaction, great personality, and courtesy was vital to the successful project completion. Anthony, painter, was very kind, patient and provided the expertise necessary in applying the multi colors desired. Additionally, the electrician and wall board members provided their expertise in an outstanding and competent manner.

Recently, my finished lower level of my house flooded. I had to have a restoration company pump out the water and do mitigation. I called INKS for the reconstruction. David and Danny were the main crew that were working on my house. They did an amazing job. INKS has done a lot of work for me in the recent past and I trust them. They are honest, hardworking, great workmanship, they care about what they do and care about their work. They will do anything to help you and ensure you're happy with your project.

Everything was wonderful from the start. Bill helped me with the sales aspect and Lou was the project manager for my kitchen remodel. Everyone involved with the remodel was polite, dedicated to their craft, neat and tidy, very particular down to the smallest of details, kind, accommodating, punctual, and everything in between!! The results showed. I absolutely LOVE the final product! Lou and Bill were so kind to update me on every question I had along the way. I am a very particular person and not once was I made to feel like a burden with my questions. Along with Bill and Lou, the following people who worked on the project were so amazing: Mark, Christian, Ronnie, Ray, Tom, Dave, Craig, & Brett. I may have missed a person or two and I apologize if I didn’t name you, but you all were so so amazing. Your attention to detail blew me away. I now sit in my new kitchen all the time and cook so much in here! I no longer have to kick anyone out because they can’t fit in here! I will recommend Inks to everyone who I know that is looking for someone to help with a remodeling project!

Bathroom remodel went extremely well. From Bill H. coming out quickly to give quotes for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. To the excellent crew of Joe and Craig that did an amazing job completely gutting and remodeling the main bathroom. The crew was on time were on time every day. They were quiet as they could be, polite, professional and left no evidence that they had been demolishing or working on the house when they left every day. Inks built a roof over part of our deck, as well as adding 8 additional feet to an existing deck. They also built a roof over our front door. The cedar woodwork on our ceilings is stunning! They also installed a fireplace to our deck. The team was awesome, communication was excellent and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product!

Had our roof and siding done along with some additional work on our garage by Inks and we couldn’t be happier. The roof was done incredibly quick and done well. The team was pleasant and did a great job cleaning up! Butch and his team from American Home helped with our siding and they were beyond amazing! Our siding looks amazing and they were so pleasant to have working on our house.

All of our work with Inks has been great. Great work, great prices. Out of all contractors we have worked with, they by far have had the fastest response time. The last time we reached out to them, Mike was ready to come over to give us an estimate in 15 minutes from the moment I hit send. I can't say I have seen that anywhere else!!

They were able to do big baseboard and stair riser job for us on very short notice right around Thanksgiving, and they did it very well and with care.

Every time the have come for a project, they have noticed things around our house that they have offered us advice on or offered to help with, which has been immensely helpful because we are first time homeowners who are still learning.

They are also generous in their time regarding the work they do. For example, we asked them to install a door. They could have easily done a flush door because it was an unusual size, but for no extra cost, Ted custom cut a paneled door which looks really great and I know took a lot more work. Big thank you, Ted!! You can tell that they care about and are proud of the work they do.

Inks rebuilt our house after a fire and they are terrific to work with. The work is beautiful, they gave good advice, listened to what we wanted, and they were very communicative and friendly. They also pointed out some issues with our old house that it made sense to take care of while we were living elsewhere. We would - and already have - recommended them to anyone for any project.

Inks are pros at roofing. They removed old roof, put wood where needed, laid down preroof, repaired my old gutters, put down quality new shingles, flashings etc. Every bit of debris and dirt was removed. The crew was polite and the roof looks great and has a warranty. The price was very reasonable and less than advertised specials by other roofers.

We had an amazing experience working with Ink Instalations. They took the time to really explain and work through every detail and option of the deck to make sure we got the end results we wanted. They finished our deck in less than two weeks but provided the absolute best quality. They even took the time and resources to install an additional temporary ramp for our senior bulldog because we were worried about her going up and down the stairs. We highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

i recently had inks replace and install a new roof, i would recommend and already have the crew came on time and worked, they did a fantastic job and cleaned up the whole area and you could not find any nails, etc i am very happy aces for the whole crew and they are very effection i am glad i went with this company

Inks did an excellent work on a few jobs for me. They deconstructed an old deck on my rental and built a beautiful new deck. The renters are extremely happy. I also used them to replace downspouts and gutters at my own house and drywall my basement. Every job was professional, fast and done with extreme care. Great to have a company who you can depend on for all aspects of home remodeling. New windows are next on my list to replace and will be definitely reaching out to Inks for the job!

3 or 4 months ago I met with Michael and Rob for my main floor remodeling. This included a kitchen an addition of a porch roof a deck railings etc.

Michael shows up rain or shine to answer questions and often just says " no problem" which had me nervous more than once. But he followed through EVERYSINGLE time. Lou's kitchen belongs in a catalog.

I am a single mom and as a first time home buyer have already had experience with people trying to fleece me etc. This team have taken care of me like a sister or a daughter.

I couldn't be happier!!! Hire them . They will make your house a home.

Would highly recommend Inks. Inks constructed a roof over my deck and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The price was fair, the work was exceptional, they came on time, and did exactly what they said they would. Rick ran the job and was extremely professional. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday and did very high quality work. An issue came up during the job that was unrelated to Inks and Rick went above and beyond to help out. Planning on recommending them to friends and using them again in the future.

Bill Cole was who we first met with. He gave us the price and there was no hidden costs. Great guy to work with. Cindy contacted us told the date and time and they were prompt. We had our roof replaced yesterday. The crew gets 10 stars for there professionalism. They cleaned up totally and were happy to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend INKS to anyone who wants a fair price and great work done.

We hired Mike for window, siding, and roof installation and had nothing but issues with windows leaking water. Eventuality had factory rep come when he wouldn't return our calls. Recently had windows removed only to find rot due to water damage. Lenny's flashing wasnt done right either and gave us trouble for years until we just had roof replaced. They haven't improved much as I saw a recent new porch job they did. One of the main roof support beams was barely on the support post. Roof joists cut to the point that they were on 2x4's holding up the roof. Surprised the building inspector passed it.

After experiencing over 2 years of issues with a flat roof leaking, Lenny and his co worker did an awesome job with a flat roof replacement. We are leak free and dry finally. Very responsive on contacting and professional. Thank you for a great job. I would recommend them completely.

From Bill the gentleman who did our estimate to Bill and Ryan who did our actual work Inks has been a very positive experience. From the start they were the ONLY contractor that I contacted who actually got back to me. The estimate for our project was done and we felt the price was reasonable. Shortly after we signed the contract our project was started with in a month or so afterward. We needed the steps on our deck replaced and I wanted to have an enclosure built under those steps for storage of things such as propane tanks and summer planters. The area was cleaned up every day before they left and our installers were very courteous. I could not be more pleased with the work they did. It was exactly what I wanted! I would use Inks again if the need arose.

I had my roof replaced almost a year ago. It was Sept./Oct. of 2021. I started to have issues with my gutters. I had someone come clean out my gutters, only to find nails, old shingles and other old roof debris in the gutters. I tried to email instead of writing this review. I waited a week and never heard anything so I went here.

We were looking to get a deck built so we had Mike out to give us a quote. We signed the quote and sent it back in February and were we were “on the list.” Originally were quoted to begin work in May. Heard nothing, no updates or firm date given. We reached out multiple times with phone tag going back and forth then were told late June/early July and that we needed a new quote to be charged more, despite having signed the original quote months before. Asked for this new quote and firm date then got plenty more phone tag with zero information and an expectation of perhaps November now. There is zero professionalism and they don’t take responsibility. I would never we recommend this business to anyone.

Rick was the head contractor for our porch roof and his guys did an excellent job. The construction was solid and the finished product turned out beautiful.

Inks did an incredible job on our deck replacement and roof edition to the back of our house. The entire project was organized, on time, and done with the best quality. Rick and Bill are absolute rockstar workers, and their hard work and flexibility were very much appreciated. I highly recommend Inks to anyone looking for a new deck.

Inks did a great job on my new roof. I had them come back and install gutter screens in the fall. I waited to see how well they worked this fall.

Several people in my neighborhood used Inks for a new roof & recommended them to us when we were having some issues. First, we had inks do some repairs then later used them for a new roof. Owner is friendly & his contractors are quick. Highly recommended!

Had Inks do multiple projects in my home. Small kitchen project but most recently a master bathroom. The crews for both projects were very professional and they did fantastic work. I’d like to point out Keith and Joe who were on my bathroom. Their work was unmatched. Mike the owner was very helpful along the way as well. This is a company that can be trusted and will exceed any expectations.

Called last week ( Monday ) for a bathroom estimate.Got a call back from their office( ? ) , said a person will call back before the end of the week to set up a time. Nothing , so I requested again on Monday( 2/1) , again nothing, Good bye and good riddance.

Inks has completed several roof repairs for me, installed a deck roof and put a new roof, gutters and siding on a place for me. They are always professional, reasonable and do quality work. If you are looking for a go to roofer, Inks is the place!

I wanted to have exterior work done on my house before selling. I signed a contract and was given a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks to start the project. After 4 weeks I had heard nothing from them so I called and was told another 3-4 weeks. Same scenario happened. No communication for 4 months from Inks or the representative for the exterior work. I finally called to tell them I didn’t want the work done and was hurried off the phone without so much as an apology or explanation. Incredibly unprofessional on all fronts.

I cannot say enough about the awesome experience we had with Inks. Kevin and Bill were absolutely awesome. They provided all of the information relative to this job every day. They are 2 of the most professional installers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In addition to that, the quality of the work was amazing. Our family could not be happier about our investment and the commitment that Inks made to us to ensure we are satisfied with the job. Both of these guys are a credit to your company and the reason why I will recommend Inks to everybody I know that is thinking about a home improvement project. They were to come over to my job for a service call, last Friday, I even tore the old flashing off to help out the day before, so now to this day nothing, I called on Friday morning after waiting for 3 hours for them to show up, the girl that answered said I'll call you right back, guess what, No Call Back. They left me hanging. The whole experience with them was puckish. Will be calling the BBB.

I mean Wow.... We had T1 11 board rotting, falling apart, being destroyed by woodpeckers. Called Mike to take a look at a remedy. He was always ready to answer questions any time we had them, we sealed the deal with siding. The crew came to work soon after. They were incredible! Came same time every day, worked their a$$ off every day. Rain, snow even Christmas Eve. Now it looks like we have a brand new house. 100% recommend Inks. Thank you again!

They did a remodel of a bathroom used by 91 yr old mother. Completely gutted the room. Installed hand rails. Reinforced the studs behind the handrails. Secure as can be. Tile work is perfection. Everything done perfectly. Honestly. Jerry & Brett came on time every day, cleaned up every day and left on time every day . They didn't jump to another job somewhere. As I sit here waiting for the Sunday paper that did not arrive and will wait, tomorrow, for a service person to come back for the 4th time to correct something, I told my husband no one does their job right anymore. But guess what? These guys did. Could not be more pleased all around. Pleasure to work with.
