I think it’s just contractors in general, which is pitiful. Extended scope, extended timelines, extended budget. Poor communication, random absences, over promises. 3 project managers because they kept quitting or getting fired. Quality was good after a few tries. Hopefully I don’t ever have to use a general contractor again as long as I live. If I do, it won’t be these guys.

I made a claim with my insurance due to a leak coming from my ceiling. My insurance was of no help and I contracted Infiniti to help with inspecting my home and identifying leak. They immediately found an issue with my roof and placed a tarp. They help me understand the insurance process, although I learned how horrible my insurance company is. My own insurance company was of no help and wouldn’t even return my calls and communicated everything thru text and emails. It was the worst experience ever. They wouldn’t pay for damages so I worked with Infiniti to find the best resolution for this serious leak. They quoted me to replace my entire roof a price I couldn’t believe and were able to complete the job in a day. They were knowledgeable, swift, timely, and organized. I was able to finance the job with ease. They even helped me to look into other homeowners insurance which they were sure always provide better coverage and customer service. I took their advice and I am satisfied with the entire process because although it began as stressful, confusing, frustrating, and overwhelming, they walked with me and communicated every step of the process and helped me come to a resolution much better than what my insurance was willing to do for me. In the end, I learned so much about insurance, roofing, claims, and I have a brand new roof, new insurance company, and confidence that my home is covered and its value has gone up. Thank you Infiniti Roof & Restoration for restoring my confidence in home repair contractors and keeping a roof over my family’s head. Huge shout out to Austin Perry and Alex Gamadanis who were stellar throughout this whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Randy did an incredible job with my bathroom rebuild. It had to be gutted to the studs and his crew worked tirelessly to get us back up and running again. They were incredibly professional, communicative, and detail oriented. They got the job done faster than I hoped and am very thankful! Id recommend his services to anyone.
