I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They used some bad screws on the job and they are breaking and causing leaks (according to their roofer that came to check the troubled area).
They refuse to honor my 10 year warrant and charged me $650 to glue down and seal the shingles also the area they “fixed” is leaking again and they said they won’t do anything for me.
Worst decision on a 7k job!

Nobody likes the surprise of roof repair, and it never seems to hit at a good time. Fortunately, Infiniti was one of three companies I contacted to make the repairs. From the first call, the communication was top notch. The explanation of the repairs was thorough, and the work was done in a very timely fashion. Which is good with the coming spring storms. Estimate was fair comparatively, and all in all, I would highly recommend Infiniti if your roof needs some TLC.

Infiniti did a fantastic job from start to finish of my project. They handled everything and my repair looks better than it did prior to the accident.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. Had them come out to give us an estimate. They sent us an estimate missing half the things. Tried contacting Brandon and Ghani multiple times, but haven't had a response.
When they finally turned up they left a mess, couldn't prove they did the work (so instead of showing us a picture to prove the work on our chimney was done, they just didn't charge us for it, making us believe that they didn't actually do the work).
Alsp, that they did not actually fix what they were supposed to fix, and now we have a damp spot on our ceiling.
Do not use their services.

I recently used Ghani and his team to flip a duplex in Marietta. We completely took the property to the studs and did a full renovation. We stayed on budget and finished in a timely manner. Awesome job to Ghani and his team at Infiniti!

I’d better be late than never. We had extensive water damage to our house in Lilburn, GA. After checking with a few contractors including Mr. Ghani Massoud of Infiniti, we decided to trust the work to Infiniti.

We were pleasantly surprised to notice how precisely he planned every single step of the work and how neatly and systematically all the restoration work was executed one after the other. Mr. Ghani was very responsive to any queries we had, extremely polite, pleasant, courteous and efficient. He kept us appraised about the occasional little bumps (delays due to not getting the right materials or the persons) that came along the way due to circumstances beyond their control. We truly appreciated being kept informed.

All the people that came to work on our house for different types of work in phases, for dry wall, insulation, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiles, carpet, wooden floor, cabinets, etc. were all very meticulous in their work, they all arrived on or before time, did their assigned work very diligently without any fuss or wasting any time, left on time – I have rarely seen people with such high ethical standards of work that Mr. Massoud’s workforce exhibited. He certainly chooses his subcontractors and people well.

Mr. Massoud completed the work right on time, just as he had promised – no prolonging, no unnecessary delays. Our relatively new house was almost ruined with extensive water damage throughout all three levels, it looked and felt like a brand-new house when all the work was completed.

I could go on and on, really couldn’t say enough about how happy and pleased we were with Mr. Ghani Massoud as a person and all the people that he sent to work on our house. Simply amazing. Mr. Massoud’s professionalism and attention to details is really outstanding.

I will definitely call on Infiniti for any work I might have in the future, and will very highly recommend them to anybody and everybody that has a restoration or renovation work to do. I’d give them all the stars if we were to assign any number of stars for their work. May God bless them.

Worked with my agent to ensure we were properly represented and taken care of. Roofing crew executed the replacement quickly and professionally. I noticed I had a small leak coming from my dining room ceiling during a heavy rain, and Hurricane Helene was headed right for us in a few short days, I called them immediately after calling my home owners insurance to place a claim, and within a couple of hours they had someone come out and inspect the roof to see where the water was coming in under the shingles, and they got it tarp, so I wouldn't have any more water damage in the days to come due to the hurricane coming with additional several inches of rain and possible high winds. The Gentlemen that came out assured me that the roof would be fine now that the tarp was in place, and I wouldn't have to worry about any water coming in again! Thank you, Infiniti Roofing, for making a bad situation better in the days to come!!

When our world was turned upside down from our house flooding, Alex Gamadanis was there to help us pick up the pieces. He and his crew were honest and worked efficiently to get our home back to better than where it was before the flooding. He went above and beyond with the help provided to my family. Being a single mom with a special needs child is difficult enough but having the devastation happen to our home was heartbreaking. Alex and his team made this time for us much easier to handle. The communication was top notch and we will be using them again to do more updates to our home.

I had a tree fall on a rental home in Canton on Memorial Day. I called Infiniti and they immediately showed up and tarped the house and got the tree off the house and out of the driveway. After meeting with my adjuster they got started on the work immediately. The worked quickly, efficiently, and satisfactorily. Ghani the project manager was very responsive and communicative. He was willing to do anything to help and get the job done. The entire house was practically rebuilt in three months. I would absolutely use this company for any other project I may have. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Infiniti Roofing.

Very disappointed. What was supposed to take two days took 6 weeks. A vanity install and wallpaper. Finished look is really awful. Damaged our moulding and just made excuses why they had to leave it that way. One wallpaper contractor was excellent but another crew came and ripped it out due to miscommunication with management.

Always amazing work and experience. Have had them do roofs on some complex homes for me … five homes to be exact and it’s the same great staff and workmen and managers year after year. Love these guys .. gonna have them do an interior job for me now on an old old bathroom - don’t often get to say I love contractors and workmen like this but man these guys are the bimb.

Infiniti Roofing and Remodeling is simply amazing. The owner, Randy, Is an honest and trustworthy man. He and my contractor, Alex Gamadanis, came alongside my kids and me after a devastating house fire.
As our contractor, you could not ask for a better man than Alex. Alex is godly, honest, and trustworthy. I do not have to be at my home every day to make sure things are done correctly.. He manages the subcontractors eg. plumbing, HVAC, and electrician and I never have to worry that corners are being cut or that I have to hover over details that I do not even understand. Alex goes above and beyond anything you would ever expect or imagine from a contractor. ANDA particularly after a house fire, that is what I am looking for when having to have my home rebuilt. Without hesitation I would recommend Infiniti to anyone and everyone!

The Infinity Roofing team installed a new roof on our home in Lake Arrowhead during October. Our project manager was Brandon Spacht and he provided outstanding service from the quote generation through the entire roof installation and clean-up. It’s hard to find honest contractors. I had Infiniti come out and look at my roof expecting for them to tell me my roof needed to be replaced. Instead they only recommended for me to do $600 worth of repairs and telling me I have a couple more years of life left in my roof. Highly recommend them!!

After receiving quotes from different roofing contractors, we selected Infiniti because of the 10 year labor warranty. Brandon, the PM from Infiniti provided answers to all questions in a prompt and professional manner. The proposal was detailed yet easy to understand.
Once an agreement was reached, Infiniti gave a date of installation and were on time on the morning as promised with all materials and a full crew. During the tear off, plywood and rafter damage was discovered. Brandon immediately contacted additional subcontractors, ordered the necessary materials, and the installation was not delayed. The roofing crews were polite and conscious of the surrounding areas of the house. The roofing crew did a thorough final cleanup around the house and yard with magnets for any nails or material that came off during the installation.
The change order work was priced fair and the installation was completed in one day despite the additional work that needed to be done.

Prompt and excellent service by Brandon with Infiniti Roofing & Remodeling. We discovered a small leak in our house last night after a heavy storm and called Infiniti who scheduled us for immediate service today. Brandon arrived on time, inspected our attic and roof, and quickly located and patched a nail pop for no charge! He said it was too minor of an issue despite the drive to/from our house and another 30-45 minutes on site. That's exceptional service and points to a company that cares about its customers and values future business. I would not hesitate to call or recommend Infiniti in the future.
