I recently purchased the house that was built by Incline homes. I like it. The reason I am giving one star is the ongoing issue with my AC. It's not working properly and it's 100 degrees outside and 80+ degrees inside right now. For 3 weeks I've been calling their office, leaving voicemails, sending emails. No one ever returned my calls or responded. All I get is the technician that keeps texting me promising to stop by. Never happened.
I still hope Incline homes sees this review and resolves this issue. I will gladly change the rating if it happens.

Update: all is fixed, and i am updating the rating.
