Amazing experience from start to finish. If you don’t have time to read a long review, be assured you can stop reading and use this company with confidence. I originally found the company because wasps had made a hole in the peek over my door and were making a nest. I only wanted a patch because I was planning on reroofing the whole house in the spring. I called many companies, one even quoted me 900.00. I called Angelo and he said that he and his dad were the area and would go take a look. When he got there I wasn’t home but he called and said he had an extra shingle in his truck and if I wanted he could nail it down to stop the bees for the meantime. Perfect! So not only did he patch the hole, he was kind enough not to charge me. Quick fix for him, huge relief for me. This is how you get business! So fast forward to spring and of course I called him when I wanted the whole roof done. He came and explained the whole process, brought samples, went and got the permit and answered ALL of my questions before they started. The day my roof was replaced was a great experience as well. John (Angelo’s dad) supervised the entire day. He explained all the materials, the process and even told me some great stories about himself. An amazing man! After they were
done I expected that I would have to clean up a bit but is was virtually spotless….there were guys even picking up tiny pieces for felt that had fallen in the mulch. After they were done it looked like no one had been there. I was amazed. I can’t say enough about my experience.

Angelo and his dad helped us pick out our new roof color, we never felt rushed or pressured, and they answered every question we had with a through and prompt answer.
Their roofing crew were the best. Just nice guys. They treated our property with respect, were fast and skilled, and cleaned up our property at the end. Also, we got our roof done at end of season because we were waiting for our insurance claim to be complete - they came out on a Saturday and Sunday to do the job so that we could get it done this year.
We are having them back out in the spring to do our barn!

I’d recommend In & Out Restoration to anyone. In fact, I already have. I’ve had a new roof put on by another company in the past and the experience didn’t even come close to what In & Out provided. In & Out handled everything from start to finish with the adjuster, city permit, and made all paperwork so clear by explaining it thoroughly. They made it stress free. I actually enjoyed talking to them. Angelo responded to calls and texts immediately and he was so professional and friendly. His dad was on the job too and was so friendly and respectful. I took a while to decide on the shingles so two of them stopped by, put selections on my roof and we talked them through to decide on the best one. They never rushed me and they genuinely cared. They truly were In & Out with the installation and I couldn’t believe how efficient their crew was. They were immaculate with their work and made sure my house and yard were spotless after. this experience blew my last one with another company away. This company cares and knows what they’re doing.

From the first inquiry, Angelo was extremely responsive, from the quick inspection thru job completion. We felt comfortable with the professionalism and honesty from day 1 and would highly recommend them. They offered the best price too, but we used just because we liked Angelo and his family-owned business ethics. Will use again if needed! Great job!

Angelo and his father went above and beyond for us. We had a hail damage claim in February 2022 and their knowledge and experience helped us navigate every aspect of the process both with product selection but most importantly with the insurance company. Angelo was available anytime either in person or via cell/text for questions or to discuss all details and always was willing to jump on a group call with the insurance adjusters to answer questions and give details that the insurance company seemed to need again and again. At the end of the process we ended up with a new garage door, new roof, all new siding, all new gutters with gutter guards and completely new soffits and facia.
If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. They are also the nicest people you could meet. In and Out will be my go to company with any repairs or replacements needed going forward!

I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with this company! They are fast, friendly, and effective! They arrived when they said they would and were done right on schedule-- no excuses, no delays, no extra charges. There was always an owner present when the crew was there in case I had any questions or concerns, and they cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't even know they'd been there. Seriously-- I will recommend this company to everyone, and I wish they did more stuff because I'd go back to them! (Also, my roof looks great!)

These guys know what they are doing and they get the job done. They did my very large, Three story home during terrible weather conditions. It was cold and the wind was relentless. They protected everything they could. They first had to tear off a cedar shake roof. You can’t imagine what a mess that makes until you see it. It took them a full day just to clean up afterwards but everything was put back in place and cleaner than it was when they started.
Angelo or his father we’re on site all the time making sure things were done right. You could not ask for a better crew.

We used In&Out for the replacement of our siding and gutters. They worked with us patiently throughout a multiple month process of battling insurance, inspections, etc. Angelo and his dad were prompt, and communicated advice and clear steps along the way. Once the project was approved and funded, it was a breeze! I signed the contract on Wednesday, they delivered all the supplies Thursday, started the project Friday, and finished on Monday! Considering the shorter days in November, for them to completely redo our house in 3 days was amazing! They made sure that we were happy with every step of the process, and assured us that if anything happens after the fact, they will promptly come out to help us moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with siding or roofing needs. 10 out of 10!

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Angelo and his dad on getting a new roof. Before I was referred to Angelo by a friend I probably had 6 or 7 other roofers come out and take a look. To be honest I was not comfortable with any of them due to a verity of reasons, price, clarity, transparency , attitude and professionalism. But then I spoke to Angelo over the phone and he answered all my questions gave me very good quote with the utmost professionalism. I set up a date with him , I did not have to pay anything upfront which as amazing and that gave me a lot of confidence in his business. Great company to work with. Excellent communication, very responsive to texts and voicemail, family owned and the owners are at the work site all the time, the roofers are hardworking, didn't want money upfront, very very good people and friendly folk to work with.

I went through a couple of estimates before deciding to go with IAOR , they were quick with responding to phone calls, text and emails. They kept me informed when the crew would be there and explained the time it would take to get the work done. Angelo was was consistent with time window which was great, considering to he had to figure in weather conditions! They fixed my home with extreme care and it recovered beautifully after all of the extreme hail damage it experienced. (It looks like a brand new home!!)This local family owned business blew me away with their professionalism and high quality work !! Amazing!!!

A one stop shop! I called them, they came out when it was best for me, they did did work on 2 of my apartment buildings, didn’t disturb any of my tenants and after the job was done they cleaned up like if they were never there.

Often times roofing companies are so big that it’s difficult to get a fair price or they just view you as another way to make a quick buck. Very personal and professional communication every step of the way in replacing the roof of my home, and the work crew did an outstanding job on the day. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Angelo, his father & crew to help renovate the exterior of newly purchased, gut reno, house in Arlington Heights, IL. To say the experience was seemless and amazing is an understatement. I took it upon myself to be the GC for all of the work inside and outside of my house, in order to save some money since the project was a complete Reno to the studs inside and out and a GC would've set me back 20-30k. Regardless, I hired Angelo and team to help with the exterior. The house required a new roof, gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, and window/door/garage trim. Angelo and crew stepped through the entire process with me, and provided a VERY competitive quote for the entirety of the work, which I of course compared against 5 quotes or so. When it came time to work, Angelo's guys were prompt, finishing the entirety of the work in a few days. The quality was superb, and you can absolutely notice how meticulous they were in their work. They were also very corn and tidy and had not left a single piece of debri behind. Our home experienced significant roof damage due to high winds in February. We were referred to In and Out through a friend who had worked with them in a similar instance. We had heard great things, and we were definitely not disappointed.

Angelo was very quick to get back with us and explain exactly what was going to happen every step of the way. He helped us to put in an insurance claim, came out to support during the insurance adjuster’s site visit, and put up a tarp to cover the most damaged area. He handled everything for us, and throughout the entire process, was very helpful, knowledgeable and available day or night for any question – big or small. About a week before the roof work was scheduled to be completed, we had a storm and water came into the house. Angelo came out that day (a Sunday) in the rain to put up additional tarp and stop the water from coming in. He then bumped us up in the queue and within just a few days, we had a brand new roof.

The day of the job, the large and very professional In and Out team arrived promptly at 8 AM and got to work. I was kept up to speed throughout the day with photo updates, and they were done by 4 PM that afternoon. The entire house and garage roof torn off, with some new plywood added, and a new roof installed all in one day. Everything was left clean, tidy and just like they found it. The next day, Angelo and John came back out to check on everything and make sure we were satisfied with the work.
