almost a year after having my roof replaced by this unethical company what was said to be al confirmation of the warranty. i contacted there main office as well as the supplier. The owner Teri emailed me and it is not a valid warranty. I paid in cash for a "deal" confirmation again the money was just pocketed by scott and teri and not ran through the companies books. I'm now seeking litigation. No one returns my calls I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. To send me a fake warranty that holds no value. Then to think after all the hassle i wouldn't go back to verify it's valid. Is an insult to my intelligence scott lynn and teri morris do not know how to run an ethical professional business. They scan homeowners pocket money for person gains. Sad! I will update this review as time goes on. I've witness heard and seen enough this could potentially go as far as a class action lawsuit. I'm not the only victim! Still waiting on my contract from the job in Arizona..

In-Ex Designs replaced the roof on my home in February 2020. Nick and Sonya are a highly professional team. The work was completed to a high standard, the roofing crew were fast and well managed, and clean up was completed with care and attention to detail. Roof looks great ! Highly recommended. Thanks!

Nick and Sonya with Inex design are absolutely amazing! Very punctual hard working team. They made sure our family was taken care of from filling the clam all the way until the build was completed! If your are needing a roof done I would highly recommend this dream team and company!!

Nick and Sonya were flat out amazing. There was never a time where we felt our business wasn't valued. They were in constant contact with us and always gave us the correct info. Going into this I was dreading it all. Everything they said would happened, happened. I always dread having to deal with people before the actual work. They made it so easy and smooth. When it came to the roof, yhe crew got in early and finsihed the roof by 2 and had everything cleaned by 230.

It blew my mind how fast it was. I see other roofing companies in my neighborhood take 2-3 days for roofs smaller than mine. I just can't fully explain how happy I am with this whole process. Thank you guys for everything. Eveyone I know will hear about you guys.

This company is absolutly amazing. Nick and Sonya made everything so easy on us. It was the fastest process i never would have imagined it would have been this easy. Our roof looks amazing and I will forever go to them for all my roofing needs. Thank you so much

Nick Patenaude, had my best interest in mind. From the time Nick gave us an estimate everything work like clockwork with no surprises.

Nick, was extremely knowledgeable And communicated with email or by the phone. He and the insurance adjuster worked together in my best interest. Once we decided on the colors for the roof The rest was easy.

Nick, showed up with his crew got them started and came back when the roof was stripped, and came back later when the shingles were being installed. Nick, always asked me if I had any questions which I didn’t. The cleanup was amazing after the crew left Nick, came back with a magnet and made sure they picked up everything. I think I may have had five nails in the rocks.

Overall it was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Nick, and his company IN-EX DESIGNS. For all your roofing needs.

I might be the last one in my neighborhood to get a new roof, but if not, I highly recommend In-Ex Designs to get the job done neatly, professionally, and efficiently. I had the pleasure of working with both Nathan Webber and Sarah Kirk as my project managers. They rocked! They handled all the details of communication with my insurance company so I didn't have to make round after round of phone calls. They worked diligently to ensure that I was happy every step of the way. And my new roof looks fantastic. Thank you!

Your crews did and outstanding job on my home. They were punctual and cleaned up the area in a professional manner. I especially want to thank Nick Patenaude for his professional attitude. He was excellent at expressing the job details and kept his promises. He returned phone call and kept his time commitments or called to let me know if he was going to be late. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone needing your services. I would give your company and Nick a 5 star rating. Thank you so much for a job well done.
