I called three roofing companies for an estimate on a leak in newer roof. Of the three, Gary was the first one to respond to me and by both text and call. Also he was the only one that took his ladder out and climbed to the roof to do an actual, visual inspection. He assessed that the leak was do to improper sealing of flashing and did not try to up sell me on needing more work than what was proper & necessary. Gary scheduled and finished the work along with some addition gable vents that needed replacement. Thankfully he had not yet left when the kitchen sink was found to have a leaking problem. I was extremely fortunate to discover from Impervious Homes web, that they also do kitchen and bath! Gary was there early the next morning and remedied the dual sink problem. I don’t believe I have encountered a more personable, competent or communicative contractor and how refreshing an experience it has been! I will definitely be recommending Gary/ Impervious Homes to everyone I know!

I asked Gary to install range hood vents over my stoves in both my units. Awesome guy to work with, efficient, clean and end result was very neat. Price was reasonable and accurate to what he quoted me. Got the job done within time frame he told me. Would recommend!

Super fast results! Originally called Gary for a leak with an unknown entrance point. His expertise and knowledge paid off when suggesting calling out insurance company. Classic case of wind damage, text book said Gary. He was right! Paid our deductible and Boom! New roof in less than 2 weeks from initial call. Day of roof replacement; crew was great, start to finish in one day! We recommend Impervious Homes highly.

We are so thrilled with the work that was done on our home! Gary and Gregg created the finished basement of our dreams. They doubled the floor space of our house and constructed the most beautiful laundry room and bathroom. Their attention to detail is incredible and work ethic unmatched. Gary rebuilt a tricky exterior bulkhead door, repaired interior wall after plumbing repair, and coordinated exterior painting crew. All the work was needed to meet deadlines for a home sale and we couldn’t be more thankful for the excellent work, easy and positive communication, follow-through on all aspects of the jobs!
