Over the past decade I have hired contractors to do work on several houses. What I have learned is that most projects do not go as planned and how a contractor deals with unplanned issues is very important. I have had Imperial Roofing and Construction do three jobs for me. The roof on my personal home working through insurance, The roof on my fathers home which was a cash deal, and skylight repairs and fence replacement on a rental. On the insurance deal Igor and his office staff were very helpful working through the insurance system. On each project Igor gave me reasonable prices and when issues came up he and his site manager Ivan got things taken care of without difficulty. I spent a good bit of time on the roof checking on what the roofers were doing and found the quality of their work to be good. When we found hidden damage requiring unplanned work the cost was kept to a reasonable level and the repairs were done well. The next time I need roof work done I plan to call Igor again.

I've had my roof replaced 4 times over the years on different houses, and honestly, no one has been as knowledgeable as Igor. They are so honest that they took pictures of each damaged area and then took pictures again after they repaired them. Imperial roofing replaced my roof due to hail storm damage. They did a fantastic job. Very customer friendly and courteous. I highly recommend imperial roofing for inspections and replacement if needed.

Contacted them for a quote for gutters and fence came out and took measurements but never heard from them again I even called them multiple times they said will get back to you. It’s been A MONTH waiting just for a quote. Terrible customer service would not recommend they will just waste your time very unprofessional. Called another company came out the same week and knocked out the job. Stay away from these guys.

Got several pieces of shingles blown off or popped during recent winds. Found this company having excellent google review and being near my home. Called Igor. Ivan came next day and did a quick check using a drone. He came back the following day and quickly fixed the roof. The job was done quickly yet professionally, and the price look great. Will use them again once roof etc. related issues come up again.

This is my third company to have out to do an estimate on my roof and despite the fact that I told the other two my insurance wasn't going to cover an entire roof.... They still pushed for it and never called me back when I said I just needed the little repairs done. Andres came and listened and got me an estimate quickly!! Going to get the work scheduled and am so glad to have found y'all!!

I had some minor roof damage, I called Igor and he sent a Tech out...he called me personally and said he will be over to inspect the home the next morning.
