Impact Construction was incredibly easy to work with on our covered deck project. Tony kept us informed of everything happening without ever having to ask. They also kept the work site clean after every day of work and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Tony and his crews on our total basement remodel project. Not only was the craftsmanship of the work second to none but Tony was always available, was patient as we came to decisions, offered his professional input when asked, and provided beautiful quality materials while staying within his quote and our budget for the project. Because of the nature of the rebuild, he made a stressful time easier for us to deal with. Tony is professional, approachable and extremely personable and we would highly recommend Impact Construction to others.

Tony and his team at Impact did an amazing job on our kitchen and living room remodel. We had a broad idea of what we wanted and Impact made it happen, down to all the details. The best part from my perspective was that Tony was very responsive whenever we had questions. I will be using Impact again when we move to the next stage of the remodel.

He promptly returned our calls, made a site visit, and provided us with detailed plans and an estimate in no time.

Although we ultimately decided not to proceed with the addition due to plans to relocate, I felt compelled to write this review. Having dealt with numerous contractors who often failed to follow through, Tony was a refreshing change. He consistently checked in, ensuring we had everything we needed. His customer service was exceptional, and he provided a fair and transparent estimate. Even now, he reaches out to see how things are progressing with our move.

We heard about Tony and Impact construction through a highly recommended referral and we were not disappointed! We were building our home while finishing up some contract work in Virginia. While building a home from so far away seemed like a daunting task, Tony made it easy. Communication was constant, we felt welcome to ask any questions and any concerns we had were dealt with in a timely manner. Even after the build was completed Tony kept in contact to make sure everything was up to Impact's standards. Our project came in under-budget, on time, and we got a high-quality home with everything we had asked for. We highly recommend Impact construction!

We needed to have our siding removed and replaced because of a horrible home builder did a poor job installing the siding.

We purchased a new home that was built by Tony and Impact Construction. As with any new home, there were a few minor things that needed attention. Tony and his crew were very fast to address the minor issues that we had. His communication was always friendly, timely and very responsive. We have been enjoying our home for a few months now, and appreciate the time, attention to detail and quality that went into the build of our home. I would highly recommend Tony and Impact Construction for any new build or remodeling needs you may have!

Thank you Tony and Impact Construction … We are thrilled with our new basement! We wanted a high-end finished space for our family to enjoy and that is exactly what we got. Tony and the Impact Construction team were phenomenal to work with. Communication couldn’t have been better as they were always available to answer any questions and address any concerns in the process. They scheduled everything and made sure we had what we needed at each stage - framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and inspections. We highly recommend them and would 100% use them again.

I used Impact Construction for a full exterior remodel which included siding, trim, windows, and various details. When I reached out for an estimate, Tony was very responsive and was able to talk through the project to understand all of the details. He showed up when he promised and was very timely in all of his communications.

Everyone involved in the project from the carpenters to the various subs (drywall, interior trim etc.) were all fantastic to work with. They did things right the first time and at no time did they cut corners. When removing my old siding they did find a few areas where the sheathing had some water damage, and instead of just covering it up and moving on, they consulted with me, showed me what they found, and proceeded to repair it the right way.

They took time to use proper housewrap, flashing, and window tape etc. to ensure there would be no chance of future water infiltration because that is the right way to do it. More than a couple of times the carpenter said "I want it to be done right" and it wasn't just talk. In an age where it seems a lot of contractors are in a rush and just want to move on to the next job as quickly as possible, it was refreshing to have a crew actually put some pride into what they were doing and to do things right the first time.

Above all else, what impressed me most was simply that when they said they were going to do something - they actually did it! I've had experiences where contractors promised to show up and then didn't or where they said they would get back to me and they I never heard from them. That wasn't the case with Impact. If Tony said he would meet with me or that the crew would be there on a certain day I knew it would happen.

I will surely use Impact Construction again for future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

We used Impact to finish our basement. Tony was great to work with as were all the guys that worked on the project. Some of the nicest and best workers worked on our basement. We love how the basement turned out.

We had a great experience with Tony and team. Our project was completed swiftly and when there were challenges Tony stepped in to get them all resolved. We are glad to have our remodel done and am enjoying it!

We called Tony to do some work in our house after meeting him and seeing his work in a Parade of Houses home. Tony was prompt and courteous at all times. Communication was excellent and if he or one of his subs said they were going to be over, they were always on time. The quality of their work was excellent and his pricing was reasonable. I have already referred him to our friends and neighbors.

I had some wind damage to the flashing on my house/garage so I contacted Tony to check it out. He was at my house within hours and was back the next day with the necessary materials to fix things and finished the job right then and there. Great company. Fantastic service.

As previous home builders in the Sioux Falls area, we hired Impact Construction LLC to frame several homes. They were very professional and easy to work with. Good quality work. Would definitely hire them again.

I contacted Impact Construction through their email contact on their webpage. Within two hours, Tony contacted me and set up a time that afternoon to come and look at our basement. My husband and I were looking for someone to anchor our framing in the basement. After talking with Tony, he suggested the tools we would need to complete this task. He was honest and let us know that this task was something we could complete ourselves. My husband did exactly as Tony had suggested. The next day we had our framing inspection and passed. We really appreciate Tony taking the time out of his busy day to answer our questions without any attempt to upsell us. In addition, he checked in with us to make sure the framing inspection went well. We will definitely be using Impact Construction on our next project.
