This is a great group to work with. They were super responsive to my requests and their guys showed up quickly, were super polite, and did great work. I would 100% use this company again.

Very professional. They did what they said they would do. Exceptional communication skills. Their follow-up was so thorough. Definitely recommend them—we will call them back on any future projects.

I’ve known the owner, Levon, for many years. He’s an honest man, loves the Lord and his family, and does great work. He did my roof as one of the last roofs he did working at his previous company before starting Impact Construction in 2017. When this last wind storm came through a month ago, I lost some shingles on one of my dormers and immediately texted Levon to see about getting an estimate. Even though Impact Construction didn’t install the roof, he sent his guys over to immediately cover it to protect from rain, and within the next few days sent guys out to re-shingle the damaged area, all free of charge. Now that’s what I call service! 5 stars all around!

Wow! Impact has been amazing to work with. Levon, Casey and the team have gone above and beyond to leave us satisfied! Casey is the best! He took the initiative to stay in contact with us and ease our concerns throughout the process! They’ll do their best to work with/for you and will install a quality product!

The guys came out the same day. Finished a difficult job, cleaned up, and were gone. It really doesn't get better than that.

I never thought I would say, "That is a beautiful roof." I keep saying after Impact helped us pick out just the right materials to re-roof our home after a hail storm. We highly recommend Impact. They have replaced 3 roofs for us, ranging from two modest homes to one that was sizable. Without exception, they addressed every issue quickly and, always, professionally. And, they proficiently managed hail-impacted painting, gutters, copper fixtures, etc.

Impact provided us with several shingle options, advising as to the differences in cost and durability. Also, Impact advised us when code upgrades were needed, then interfaced with our insurance company to effect coverage of the upgrades.

They came out and inspected our roof. Levon answered our questions, was thorough in the inspection and explained what we needed to know. We don’t need a roof now, but we know who to call if that changes!

Levon was timely, straightforward and honest. We will absolutely use Impact the next time we are in need of roof repair or inspection.

I’ve worked with Levon in the past and saw first hand his honest assessments of roofs and how far he will go to make sure his customers are satisfied. That’s why when I was told by a door to door salesman with another company that my roof was totaled, I immediately called Levon. He sent out Staley and he gave me a very in detail assessment. He explained that my roof was NOT totaled, and it wouldn’t be a sure thing claim. The headache these guy saved me with their honesty is why they are exactly the company I will have do my roof once it finally is in need of replacement. We had Impact out to our home to replace a French door, side garage door and fix a few sheetrock holes in a spare bedroom. Could not be more pleased with the work that was done! The guys were there when they said they would be. They stayed until the work was complete and to my satisfaction! There were a few changes that had to be made, but solutions were given and decisions were made together. All the men that showed up at my home were professional and took great pride in their crafts!! We will have them back when the next project comes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IMPACT CONSTRUCTION GROUP!

Found a leak in our roof and they came out right away. Roofers went above and beyond fixing the leak and painting the roof vent, which was a huge eyesore since we bought our home. Definitely the company to call!

A couple weeks ago, had a couple north side shingle tabs break off due to high wind. Wanted to express my gratitude to Staley, Levon, Arthur and Donna for setting up and following through with a quick well-done repair before the next rounds of wind and rain. We’ve had some substantial damage to our roof with recent hailstorms. After being told by another roofing company that they would not touch our roof, we called Impact Construction Group for help. During the initial inspection from Roger O., damage was found on the roof. This was causing water to enter through our attic, then leaking through the ceiling. Roger explained the severity of the damages, and quickly scheduled time to come back out to provide a temporary repair until the roof replacement can be completed. The service we have received from Roger has been nothing short of amazing. He was very thorough in his explanations, provided details of what he was doing, and when he was doing it, answered all of our questions and concerns – regardless of how many times we asked the same question. He is patient, kind and extremely professional. The experience we have received thus far has really put our family at has really put our ease during the storm season. I am certain when the roof is completely repaired and replaced, we will continue to be 100% satisfied customers.

I had a leak that could not be found. Leon came and searched diligently until he found a hole in a vent pipe. He did not give up until he found the problem! He and Mike were extremely professional and personable. 5 stars +!

I called him on a Monday with 3 areas on the roof that needed attention fast so we could close in a couple days and he knocked it out within 24 hours with pictures to show the buyers the repairs were done. It was a first time that I ever had a roof replaced. And I was so grateful that I met Carlton. Without his help, we would not have been able to get our roof replaced by our insurance company outstanding work I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

Kept having the same roofing issue. I had a different roofer come out twice and the problem couldn’t seem to be resolved. Our plumber recommended these guys and they came out that same day to give it a look (which is unheard of!) They were extremely thorough and noticed things the other company never mentioned. They stopped by on a neighborhood Cold Call canvassing. Like several before them, I said "Sure take a look at my roof..." and I explained exactly what other companies had found and where to look. They confirmed what others had said. Like the others they said "We'll get back to you.." The difference is, they actually did. Within a day !!

They got up on my roof, found the few small issues that needed attention and took care of them. No high pressure up-sales or dire storylines. I asked how much and they said No Charge. They said they felt sad about how others had made their industry look bad with their poor service and wanted to make it right.

Carlton at Impact Construction group was very helpful in explaining processes and questions and prompt in making and keeping appointments. He clarified insurance questions and made sure coverage was understood. Quality and transparency and prime concern for the customer were shown at every level. Rich Wood and his people did a great job replacing the asphalt shingles on all four of my buildings plus the sheet metal on my shop, cleaned up everything and even trimmed some of the tree branches that were in the way. I have had to deal with multiple roof replacements as a homeowner in Oklahoma. I highly recommend Impact, definitely the best experience I have had yet. In addition to the original installation a follow up concerning a small leak around the fireplace was handled quickly and effectively.

Poor service after the job is complete! If they install a new product that breaks or proves defective, pay close attention when they repair/replace that item so you are sure to get the exact same thing. Roofing itself was well done and we have no complaints. The rub is they cheated us by replacing an additional, warrantied product we purchased with one that is not identical in its level of function to the item we purchased. It has been more than 8-9 months that we’ve been waiting for them to correct their mistake. Levon hasn’t proven himself to be the honest, honorable man we had thought he was before and during the roofing job. We do have faith that he will eventually make this right but until he does, potential new customers deserve to know the truth about our experience with the owner of Impact Construction Edmond and the company behind the services they might be considering.

These guys are incredible. They keep you informed and on track through the entire process. We weren’t scheduled for another week, when they called us to say they had an opening, if we were interested. As luck would have it it was perfect timing. We said yes, and they sent two crews to our house. Literally, they completed our entire roof, start to finish, in one day. Cleaned up, picked up any stray nails with a big magnet, and hauled off all the trash. These guys are professional, courteous, and are very educated.
