I have worked closely with Image and Kyle one of the guys that works there. They are the best and will definitely recommend to future clients looking for new roofs!

Image roofing is the strongest roofing company in Arizona. Kyle is an absolute stud and knows exactly what he is doing!

After promising a quote in 2-3 days, I had to contact Image Roofing at least 4 times over 4 weeks, asking what was going on. I didn't get a response until I called the rep directly. Their quote ended up $4000 higher than the company I selected, who, by the way, had a quote to me in a few days and had the job completed the next week.

I called Image Roofing after paying for a “new roof” that ended up being a chop job. I needed a second opinion on the “newly” done roof because we were getting leaks during and days after it was installed.
Kyle came over and inspected the roof and was completely blown away by what he saw. Kyle was Honest and confirmed everything that I knew was wrong with the roof. Kyle found that there were several building code violations that made our roof noninsurable.
The very next morning I got a call from Kyle to let me know that our roof needed to be tarp because a storm was coming in. He sent someone over later that afternoon to tarp the house and right when he got off the roof it started to rain!
When we got our report from Kyle ,he ripped up the roof and found that the previous “roofer” used several different scraps from other jobs. The underlayment was different weights and colors, there was real cement poured around the chimney instead of a cricket being built, the valleys were not butter, and no starters installed just to name a few.
Image Roofing stripped our roof, replaced several plywood, fixed a broken trussell, removed the cement and fixed the chimney area and built a proper cricket, and removed a non-working solar panel, and everything that needed to be done when installing a roof.
I am thankful my neighbor recommended Image Roofing. Kyle and his team are Honest, Take Pride in their work, and have a High Standard of Integrity.

I would put these guys up against any other roofing company in the country! Their attention to detail was second to none. Kyle & Steve answered all my questions, and now I feel like I could start a roofing company! These guys are great and easy to work with!

Found this company from a friend of mine who referred me. Needed to have some roof repairs done quickly before the rain started this monsoon season. Started the process and discussing repair options around July 7th. Work was actually completed on August 1st. Communication was lacking, when the repair man arrived the first time for the inspection (whose name I can't remember, maybe Mitchell or something..?), he let me know he was there, got up on the roof, then left without a word. An invoice was sent to me, and admittedly I didn't look over it too much as I was hoping to hurry the process along and not have a leaky roof. I signed the invoice, and was told I was scheduled for the following week and that I would receive a call the day before the service was to be completed (no set date provided). I received no contact that week, and that Friday I called to ask for an update. I was told by the owner there was a delay due to an issue with one of the trucks. I was again told I was scheduled for the following week and that I would be called the day before (again no set date provided). Received a call the next Tuesday and they told me the service was schedule for THAT day, not the next. The same repair man arrived to let me know he was there, and 15-20 minutes later, he was gone, again without a word, and without collecting the cash payment I had agreed to pay that day. When I realized he was gone, I went out to look at what was done. The work was done, some shingles replaced, but the wrong color (pictured below). Back to the invoice, I reviewed this again after the work was completed to find the cost of repairs was $1200 to replace "up to 20 linear feet" of shingles (in reality maybe 8-10 ft, see picture) and adding some tar/sealing material to the roof penetrations, exhaust vents, etc. Up until this point I had thought the work to be done was replacing all ridge shingles as they are a bit brittle. This part is on me, as I should have reviewed the invoice further. Regardless, I have no idea what their hourly labor rate is, but it's definitely much higher than the average of $30-$100 per hour with other companies I have researched. If $1200 is the cost for a repair like this, I don't even want to know how much replacing the entire roof would be... I was also quoted $700 to add a ridge vent, since apparently the 'twirly birds' are no longer the best. Not really sure how the cost to remove the entire length of the ridge line shingles and add a ridge vent is $500 less than the repairs that were actually completed. (Ridge line is ~40 ft)

I still have not heard back from them regarding my questions after the work was completed. Only an email with a final invoice requesting payment be sent. I am waiting for a breakdown of charges as well.

The work done does look good quality-wise, but again the color does not match. I am completely awestruck by the price of this work. Once payment for this has been completed, I will not be working with this company any further.
