I got this company's information when Yuna knocked on our door and told us that our roof has several missing shingles. We tried working with another company two years and did not end up with a good experience so we cancelled the job. Sam and his team came by, inspected our roof and quoted us a reasonable price. They were timely with the whole thing. From scheduling the material drop off. We now have a new roof and they updated the ventilation fan up there as well. We are satisfied with their work and will recommend them to anyone looking up their company.

From start to finish an easy process. iHome helped with the insurance claim. Made sure the work was done on time. Was there to supervise.

I went out during lunch time and the iHome supervisor was actually up on the roof pointing out things to the roofers. Amazing. A+

Diappointed with iHome Exterior. They came to your property, had a brief look at the roof, and promised a lot with filing a claim and get it approved. Disappeared afterwards with no communication for more than half a year. The claim was rejected and closed with an agreement between their appraisor and insurance company appraisor. iHome Exterior didn't even notify me of the final outcome (the paperwork was sent to them but not shared with me).

I feel badly leaving a one star review considering ihome didn’t actually do any work for us and we didn’t pay them anything, but I’m doing it anyway. They totally mislead us.

We had a tree fall on our house from a storm and called several people to come out to look at some roof and gutter damage and work with our insurance company to get everything fixed. We were refereed to Ihome and they handled the meeting with the insurance adjuster and then just never contacted us again. Several texts were sent and never responded to over about a month. Finally we called and were told that they weren’t doing the job because our deductible was too high…

I don’t understand why they bothered to come out twice and talk to our insurance to handle the adjustment if they weren’t going to do the job. Now I’m worried the next contractor is going to charge much more than we’ll be getting from the insurance company. What a mess. Thanks for not helping Ihome. Next time please just be straight up and tell people if you won’t do a job.

Great service. The covered all the expense. We don't paying anything for the roofing amounts. They'll worked with insurance ad got us new roof,gutters and screens.

I used IHome for my roof replacement. Their representative Sam was very pleasant to work with; he spent time explaining what we needed to do to prepare the roof replacement. Their workers were knowledgeable about their work. My roof was replaced in one day. The roofing crew spent a great amount time cleaning the left over over construction materials including using a magmatic device to picked up all the nails. When they done I could not tell if a construction had taken place at my house. Overall, they did quality work, very professional, and the work was completed on time and within the budget quoted.

Ihomeexterior did a great job replacing roofing, siding, gutter and down spout on my house. I worked with Sam who was excellent with customer service and coordinating the entire project. They were priced fair. Sam made sure to communicate how the process would go from start to finish and when the staff would be at home. My house looks great. I would recommend and use them again on another project.
