In all my years dealing with contractors I have never seen a disorganized crew like the one who came to my home. I know it was going to be messy but the way they had my house from the attic to the the basement was completely unacceptable. Didn't even bother to put plastic up to protect my belongings from dust and insulation. Didn't even bother to sweep up at days end. They finished up yesterday and did a half ass clean up. I had to spend hours after cleaning. They left holes unpatched and broke one of my ceiling tiles didn't replace it couldn't even put the ceiling tiles back after they removed them to put the insulation in. I ask if the put the gate back on the fence and they didn't. The crew lead seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and barely worked. The one bright spot was a young man name Jake he tired very hard and work his butt off. I had more contact with him than the crew lead. Any communication was by Jake not the crew lead, even at the end where I had to sign off on something it was Jake who came to me. I guess smoking a cigarette and looking at his phone was more important for the crew lead. So please if your going to get weatherization done on your home and it's this company request a new one not worth hassle. I will never let this company touch one of my properties again will NEVER recommend them.

I hired Ideal Home Improvement for projects on two houses. They did a great job, going beyond the minimum to do things right. They were able to come up with solutions to problems caused by poor construction in an old house.

Having the crew on site worked. They were neat and considerate.

Jason and Jerry were amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. They weatherized our home and cleaned everything when they were done. We would highly recommend them.
