I had the good fortune to work with Ideal Building Solutions on a 70,000 square foot membrane roof remediation.

The original roofing subcontractor installed what was supposed to be a vapor proof roof system, but the finished product showed signs of leakage not long after being put into operation.

After numerous attempts to have them problem corrected by the original installer, we decided to move forward with a new installer so that the client could have an operational facility. We were put in contact with Ideal Building Solutions, who responded quickly. They provided on site assessment and determined that the entire roof system was compromised. They then provided a price that we considered to be very reasonable when compared to the original price paid, and Ideals Building Solutions price include removal of the existing roof as well as installation of the new roof.

This was a difficult project because the plant was in operation, so an area would be opened up in the morning, and the new roof had to be in place by the end of the day to protect from weather. The IBS team performed flawlessly. Although we were dealing with a bad situation, it was a pleasure working with the Finney family and their team at Ideal Building Solutions.
