Photos are current roof condition as of Aug 2020. Rick has not returned since his attempt to fix in June and basically make worse and left the roof as shown. Each rain fall water gets inside.

We had a metal roof installed late February 2020 with a 5 year workmanship guarantee. Only 2 weeks after installation we noticed our first leak in the ceiling (water penetrating from roof and leaking inside). They came and addressed and appeared to have fixed but less than a month after that another leak same room started dripping from the ceiling. We have now had 2 leaks in less than 2 months after paying for a roof removal and installation of brand new.

We have had multiple phone calls and texts to the business owner Richard (Rick) Fraire to inform it was not fixed, even removing the entire ceiling and insulation from the interior of the room and he has not returned a call. We have not received a final invoice for the more than $22,000 we paid him which our insurance is requiring for the policy change. He acknowledged he would send the following day which would have been April 22nd but we still have yet to receive.

Rick finally in May 2020 blamed it all on COVID19 that he couldn't text or call for over a month due to no service. From May to June he tore off the leaking area, began to try to fix issue then didn't pay employees and all walked off from job and nobody has returned since mid June. I have text to see what is going to be done to stand behind his 5 year guarantee and he does not respond and has not returned.

We filed a complaint with the BBB but he has not responded to them. We filed a claim with his insurance company who agreed they will be paying for all the interior damage but since the roof issue is considered workmanship it is not covered under insurance. His 5 year workmanship guarantee means NOTHING! As long as things go smoothly and your roof doesn't leak Rick is great but if you end up with one that does buyer beware. He will NOT do the right thing nor stand behind his word.

At this point we are looking at legal action.

I had hired him to put a window in for me and I paid a down payment of 1790.16. Well he had set up an appointment to put that window in and he did not show up he would not answer phone calls, text messages, e-mails etc. Then he called and said he an emergency but he set up a time to put the window in and again no show no call. The next time I heard from him him he had brought the window over and set up another time. There again no call no show and then I found out that he did not measure the window right and it was to big and in order to install it he would have to cut into the support beam that was holding the roof up on that side of the house. Then he called about two weeks ago and said the check is in the mail. Never received the check and never heard from him again.

Rick and Jay have been awesome with my wife and I . They are professional and courteous and willing to help . We will recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great roof guys.
