Highly recommend Idaho Insulation! We bought a house mid last year and ended up with an attic full of mold a few months later after our roof failed. We decided to replace our roof and start over with the attic so we needed insulation. Brandon came out and helped us find a solution for not only our attic insulation but a couple areas were were having issues with temperature control. Knowing we were on a tight schedule juggling multiple contractors to fix our attic, they worked us in, were flexible when unexpected fixes came up, helped us stay in our budget and did not take advantage of the bad situation we were in. They are great people, nice employees and so grateful we went with them for the fix. Already recommended them to multiple friends. Thank you!

I really was impressed with the way they made us feel like we were their customer. I was referred to them by Diamond Heating and cooling- therefore, I knew we were in good hands.

I called Idaho Insulation because my house was getting too hot in the summer. They came out promptly and provided an estimate to add additional insulation in the attic. They also checked the crawl-space to ensure it was adequate as well. After adding the need extra attic insulation, our house was cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Their infrared camera helped us identify some hot-spots from the furnace. This pointed me in the right direction to get some needed repairs done. Now, our A/C and Furnace are working well and our house is very comfortable. Our energy costs are lower now too! I highly recommend Idaho Insulation.

When my house in Eagle flooded we got them to re do our crawl space for us as the water spilled through. The team were fantastic and got our issue resolved very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommended using them!

Sadly we were over promised and misguided.
It was still cool, May 23 and Brandon's crew showed up to do the job, they had to reschedule, then they were late.
The crew drilled a hole in my drywall, I'm still looking for compensation for the unwarranted act. The guys took my power drill and drilled into my drywall in garage. Not appreciated.
Brandon was nowhere to be found, the crew did not speak English much. They gave me an extension cord and had me plug it into my house. My lights flickered all morning because of the strain. Brandon showed up, the truck broke down, no insulation was moving. We were told we would get r49 but onnthe invoice it shows r19 and r30:( Sad part is, I feel no diffrence and this was on the cool days where we were not using hvac system that early in the season. Brandon pressured us to pay right then and there, on the spot. He was rather pushy and aggressive making it sound as though he had to leave . The truck was stalled and insulation wasn't flowing, the lights in my house were flickering causing me to think something was terribly wrong for the crew to use an extension cord in my house. Brandon told me he had to check my breaker box.The house required the door to be ajar to accommodate their extension cord, this bringing insulation debris into our home. I will make sure my friends know about our experience.

Idaho Insulation are awesome. They showed up on-time, super efficient workers and specifically Brandon is a knowledgeable and great coordinator/ delegator. Definitely recommend them.

Brian and team did an excellent closed foam insulation job on our new metal shop. We are very satisfied with the look and effectiveness of having foam insulation to prevent any dripping condensation issues from underside of metal roof. We did our own general contracting and we appreciated that Brian was accommodating to reschedule for us several times as we worked through delays in building materials and other subs that needed to be completed first.

Good, thorough, free estimate. Friendly and knowledgeable. Work was efficient with very minimal spillage and they swept up afterwards. Encouraged me to look over their work. A new measuring tape was added so I could easily see how much had been added. It looks great up in the attic.

Wish I had called Idaho Insulation 5 years ago. My house was noticeably warmer within 2 hours of their crew leaving.
My request for a bid was handled quickly and efficiently. They gave me great advice and helped me come to a decision. They also gave me great information regarding the tax benefits of various methods and improvements.

I used HomeAdvisor to find insulation contractors. Idaho Insulation called me right away and gave me a same day estimate. They weren’t the cheapest bid I got but they were close and I liked the no pressure advice and sales pitch I got. I was able to get scheduled for the work done later the same week. The workers showed up on time and it took about the amount of time they said it would. They left my garage clean. I’m very satisfied with the product and results of the work done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Idaho Insulation. Great job!

I called Brian on a Tuesday for estimate on adding insulation in the ceiling of the house and garage. He showed up same day and took a look. Two days later they were out here and have the job taken care of. Very professional very efficient. Job well done guys! I would highly recommend these guys

Brian from Idaho Insulation came out the next day after I had contacted him and gave a reasonable estimate. I had contacted another Boise insulation company for an estimate and they didn’t call me back until two days later! The insulation appointment was set and a team led by Brandon showed up the following week. They had to make a stop on the way to pick up supplies and had the courtesy to call and say they’d be a little late. The team was courteous - they respected our privacy. The team was professional - they knew what they had to do and did it with acumen and efficiency. And what really impressed me was their follow up - they took pictures of all the areas they insulated to provide back up that they work they promised, they had performed. Bravo to Brian, Brandon and team - I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
