I would highly recommend Idaho Home Inspection. Jake came and inspected the home we were going to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jake went above and beyond for my clients and did some drone footage of the home they were under contract on. He was able to spot some areas that needed gutters. Because of his footage, I ended up negotiating an extra $1500 for the buyers. In my experience, a good home inspector like Jake pays for themself and then some. I will definitely be calling him again!
