Very impressed with this company. I am a diy get myself into trouble pro. Roofing is not my favorite job to do.
These guys knocked out the job so fast! They contacted me on every step, dealt with my lazy insurance company and were honest with me the whole
time. Quality of work is outstanding! Cleaned up after themselves and exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend Idaho Home Improvement Company!!!

Ace made this process very nice. Turnaround time was super fast. Crew that did the work, was very professional. I don't think there is one nail or evidence that they were even here! Thank you for our brand new upgraded roof. The insurance process was very smooth and helpful to have Ace to help us walk through every step.

We have a giant, clearly legible NO SOLICITING sign right beside the doorbell. Nope still bugged us, they were on the nicer side. Will not be using this company when we do a new roof. If you can't respect a simple request by the homeowner what else are you going to disrespect?

Big shout out to Ace Hartman for making this experience very quick and easy and enjoyable. I was finally able to get my roof looking up to date and Ace made the process seem very smooth and actually followed through. We are very impressed and recommend to everyone!

They installed new roof shingles and they look like poor quality and installed very poorly. Paid $800 & looks like a DIY job. Definitely got what I paid for. Also they ran 2 of my wife's 15 year old roses over and did not pay for the damages. They scratched up the hood on my newly Ceramic Coated BMW. Very pushy salesman. Only good thing was, that they got the ball rolling for my insurance company to pay for the job. Even though my insurance company did all the calling and taking photos. I recommend not using them because of the low quality shingles and installation. Plus my wife is not happy at all with the look of the product.

To whoever is looking to have home improvement I find this company to be excellent. From the very start to finish they have a good crew that works from dawn to the evening, very polite, and listening to all my questions. After they were done they did a total clean up. It was a 1 day job on a 4000 sq ft home. I didn’t think I needed a new roof, I climbed it and there were missing shingles everywhere that I didn’t notice until now. They took care of all the business end with my insurance it was very simple. I did a $500 deductible. I’ve got a life time warranty on my roof. Any problems and they will come out and fix it. The owner has explained everything very clearly to me about my concerns. I couldn’t be more pleased with this service. Now I have a 800sq ft barn and they are gonna be the company that I choose. My rating is excellent and I recommend to everyone.

Ace was super-helpful in coordinating the replacement of my roof. The roofers had it all done in one day. They worked with my insurance company, and made everything easy. I plan to work with Idaho Home Improvement in the future.

One of the shadiest company I've ever dealt with. They first came in contact with me saying they would contract with the insurance company to replace my roof from damage that and that I would only have to pay my deductible. So, I agreed to work with them. Then, after getting an estimate from the insurance company, I get a text while I'm at work saying that they're there to fix up my roof with no prior contact telling me they would be there, no confirmation that it was ok for them to be there, and no quote for how much the work would cost. I then ask for an invoice after they finish and says they haven't finished with it yet. Then, a week later, I get a call from the insurance adjuster telling me SHE received an invoice that was miscalculated while I still haven't received anything. She was taken aback by this and told me I need to contact them to get an invoice. So, I call Scott who was extremely condescending. He said he wouldn't send me an invoice until I sent him the money that I received from the insurance. When I confronted him about this and the fact that I'd received no contact from him about when they were coming to fix it, he said that he didn't have to do that because he was contracting for the insurance company, not me. The insurance adjuster has informed me that this is a lie as they do not coordinate any repairs.

Avoid by all means necessary.

EDIT: Just received an invoice after confronting him about lying and it's the biggest joke ever. It literally just says, "Remove and Replace Roof" and the total price. No detailed cost or anything. Not to mention it was also not the agreed upon amount. It ended up me paying my deductible and then some.

Scott and Dan worked hard to get my new roof on in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. I highly recommend Idaho Home Improvement Co. You won't be disappointed in the work they do.

Milt and team were top notch. They made the process of replacing my roof (which I had been dreading for a couple of years) extremely easy. They took care of all of the details and did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the entire experience.
