Icon roofing recently fixed some tiles on my roof as well as my neighbor's house after our tree damaged both. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for roof repair!

Trevor did a great job of inspecting and estimating the project. In fact while he was out estimating, he fixed some of the loose tiles that had been misplaced by the wind. Two other companies were going to charge me $800 to put those tiles back. The area of concern was a flat roof. Another company recommended painting sealant on the roof, but Trevor said that based on his experience that was just a Band-Aid and could easily fail. Another company never even addressed the flat roof issue, but wanted to put a completely new roof on. Trevor said there was absolutely no reason to do that. The tiles were still in great shape as was the underline layer.

The workers who came to install the new flat roof worked in 100° weather and never flinched. They got the job done in one day and did a really good job. If I ever do need a new roof, I will absolutely use Icon

Loved working with Zac and his professional crew. Very nice, and considerate, family-owned company. They spent about 4 days working on our home and the final results look great. They took great care to save a majority of our good roof tiles, while also keeping us updated with the overall scope of the project by posting hundreds of progress photos in our client portal daily. We really appreciated being able to follow along with the project. It's nice knowing nothing was skipped and no corners were cut. Everyday they cleaned up the worksite and dragged a magnet box around our home to pick up any scrap or nails that may have fallen. The owner, Zac, himself came out for the final walk-through and dragged the perimeter one final time, leaving our yard tidy. We did run into a couple unforeseen snags with our roof needing additional materials than originally estimated thanks to years of neglect on our part, plus additional broken tiles, but Icon Roofing was very transparent in explaining (and showing) the additional costs, which we understood and appreciated. When you're this deep into updating the literal roof over your family's heads that needs to last another 20 years, you really don't wanna start cutting corners to save a couple hundred bucks here and there. And while not the cheapest company, they're also not the most expensive. This is a good thing. Having done a ton of research, the cost for our project was right in the range I was willing to pay for quality work. Our neighbor's home recently had their roof replaced by another, cheaper company and their roof genuinely looks terrible from the street, while ours looks immaculate... something to consider if you live in an HOA community. Icon Roofing also pointed out some unfortunate shortcuts our builder made during original construction regarding venting, and took care to correct the issues. I highly recommend Icon Roofing, and have the utmost confidence our new roof is now sealed and ready for the elements... if it ever rains again in Arizona, of course.

I had windows installed and part of that process is having Icon Roofing come out before installation to safely remove tiles so the installers can work and then come back after and reinstall tiles. The process was flawless and Zach went above and beyond. The window installers managed to get tar on some of the tiles while working and Zach took those tiles and placed them on the very top of my roof (out of site) in order to bring down clean tiles for the lower roof (which can be seen by the road). This wasn't expected or asked for, he just went ahead and did that to ensure I would be happy. He also took time to give a quick overview of my roof and showed my pictures of some trouble spots and suggested fixes to keep my roof water tight. Very nice.

Just bought a house and the inspection found a few issues with the roof. The companies that did the inspections also submitted a bid to fix the problems. Turns out their price was more than double what icon charged for the same work. From what I can gather everything was fixed correctly and we should be good for a while. It was a pleasant experience start to finish. And that is not often the case when I’ve had to hire service providers in the Phoenix area!

Icon just replaced my walk deck on my balcony. They did a great job and I am very pleased. They communicated super well! When I need roof work I will be calling them!

We had storm damage that needed repair and Icon Roofing was at my house within hours to evaluate and give an estimate. I had contacted five other roofing companies and Icon was the only one to reply to my inquiry within a few hours (I found the damage at 4 am. The work started within a week (when you do good work, you’re busy and it takes time to get on the books) and was completed in the timeline provided. Every person I interacted with at Icon was incredibly nice, friendly and professional.

I had some tiles removed as pay off a window install. The workers were friendly and seemed to do a good job, but I was a little disappointed that a couple weeks later we had a decent wind that dislodged a plastic trim piece that hasn't had any issues for over two years.

Contracted by my window installer to remove roof tiles for window install. Were there day before to remove tile and returned day after install to replace.

When they gave us the bid, all of the details were clearly described and pictures were provided. There were optional services added to give us a complete picture of the cost, but we could remove those items/services without any problems.
The bid was placed in a system that allowed direct communication online. It provided all the scheduling information and details of our job.
We accepted their bid and planned to move forward with the work and discovered another project that needed to take priority. Icon Roofing honored the bid even though we had to put the work off for a while.
When we set the schedule, we received communication on how to prepare for the demo and install. The workers were efficient and the site was clean. Everything was reviewed to ensure that they met the terms of our contract before the final payment was made.
We have a great warranty and an annual review to ensure that our roof will last a long time.

Icon did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt with getting us on the schedule, and completing in a timely manner, even in the hot August sun. The crew was very polite and hard working. They updated my vents, and added some optional vents that would be needed by todays code. They did not try to push an upsell on the entire roof, but gave me the options for different upgrades. I now feel fully safe and secure from any storms that may happen. Thank you

Hands down the quickest, most effective, and quality work I’ve seen in a roofing company! I was in a quick close in my home and needed a company to come make some repairs ASAP. Ashley was amazing and she had Trevor out within 24 hours and then tiles were repaired before we even got out of our inspection period! They repaired the mortar caps and they looked better than when the home was brand new!

Excellent experience from start to job completion.Estimate was thorough and accurate as well as explaining possible added charges in the event of unforeseen issues. Crew showed up at 6 on scheduled day and worked 10 hours nonstop to remove and replace large flat roof surface. Workmanship was flawless and personal follow up was appreciated. This was our second job with ICON and we recommend without reservation.

We had a Dust devil re-arrange some of our roof tiles and the previous roofers we had did not do a very good job. Icon, Zac, came out repaired the previous spotty job and replaced our jumble tiles with the utmost of care. Before and after pictures were provided. I would highly recommend this company.

Very easy experience. From the initial estimate, to getting scheduled, to getting the roof replaced. They were able to complete the work ahead of the initial estimated schedule and kept me updated on any findings or progress while putting on the new roof.

Overall, a great experience! I dealt with Trevor throughout the whole process. There were a few issues where the wire for the a/c was disconnected and the drain to evaporative cooler was damaged but Icon Roofing sent Mark Daniel’s A/C and he fixed both issues. Very impressed with both companies! Based on Mark Daniel’s work and reviews I scheduled them to come out and check the a/c. The daily pictures of the progress of the work is a nice touch!!! We hired Icon Roofing to do a repair on our foam roof. They did amazing work. Their foam work is literally some of the best I have seen in the business. They also charged us a fair rate for the work they did and left the job site very clean!

As I was getting my house ready to sell we discovered that there were a couple of issues with the roof. Icon Roofing was called in on a very tight time frame and they showed up, did the job in a timely manner and provided great customer service. The job was done fast, well and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

As luck would have it, my new house was hit with some strong winds and a few roof tiles were displaced and/or cracked. I, once again, trusted Icon Roofing to make the repairs. My contact was Trevor Hebb who also did the work. The excellent experience I had the first time I hired them was repeated - the work was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I was pleased with Icon Roofing their work and customer service.

Great company! They were able to schedule an appointment within two days of my call. We had Dillon over to do an annual inspection and he did an amazing job! Super polite, showed up early, had pictures and documentation of everything he noticed, and gave great advice on general homeowner maintenance.

Trevor and Jeff came out evaluate the roof situation and found 3 crack tiles and came back with the closest match tiles and was replaced within 30 minutes.

We had the wind misplace some of our roof tiles and they responded to my inquiry within hours of sending it (late on a weekday I might add). I used Icon Roofing for roof maintenance for some clients of mine who just bought a house. They did a great job and were fairly priced.

I wanted to share how happy my family is with Icon Roofing who just completed a 3 day job to replace the underlayment on our entire roof and also repaired/replaced a corner of one section that had rotted wood.
From start to finish, they impressed us all along the way. Roof advisor Trevor worked a competitive quote with a good/better/best underlayment options (we chose the 'best' option). The part of the quote to replace the rotted wood was very fair too.
The crew took great care to remove tiles, take off the old underlayment, apply the new material and put the tiles back, adding new flashing and other finishing touches.

ICON recently replaced my roof. Dillon came out to do the inspection/estimate. Dillon was very polite, personal and professional. He took the time to walk through everything and showed me pics of what he found. He talked to me about my different options and costs (theirs was the most reasonable), showing materials and process. He was able to answer all my questions. I had a leak and upon request, Dillon was awesome and came out and did a temporary patch on it since they were not coming to do the replacement for 2 weeks. They sent 4 guys to do the job. They were here promptly every day at 6am and put in 10 hrs each day and 12 hrs on the final day. They tried not to be as noisy till after 7, the best they could ... it is a noisy job. They were very diligent and appeared to know what they were doing - confident. We had a language barrier but Kevin, the Foreman, was available to answer any questions or concerns via phone or text and was in communication with the workers. I also found it useful to talk to one of the roofers directly by downloading an APP to translate English to Spanish in that APP via chat.
The worker I spoke with was accommodative and answered the questions I had. Kevin, the foreman, came by a couple of times to check on the work. The crew cleaned up every day before leaving. Dillon came by the other day to inspect the finished work showing me pics that were taken throughtout the job and chat for a minute, again answering my questions. He said they would be sending me an invoice soon showing everything and the balance for the 2nd half of payment after paying the first half up front. Dillon said to call him with any questions or concerns I might have. It turned out to be a great experience and the roof looks like new.

I first met the gentlemen of Icon roofing while my neighbor was getting his roof updated. I watched a very professional team working hard on his house. I was pretty impressed. I thought I should get an estimate for mine. I met and talked with Mr. Trevor from Icon Roofing, this was after speaking to three (3) other roofing companies first. I informed him that I would like an estimate, he stated that would be no problem. Trevor went right up and inspected my roof . He took pictures of the good and the bad. Surprisingly it was mostly good. None of the three (3) other roofing companies that bided on my roof ever went up on the roof. None of them ever inspected anything. Trevor was very honest he informed me that the roof was not in too bad of shape. But still the roof is 23 years old. I asked when they could start, we agreed on a date and time. The gentlemen were here on time, got started, they were very respectful of my property as wells as my neighbors. Every day the team had cleaned up swept the property leaving very clean. I never had to worry about getting a flat from stray nails. When the job was completed Mr. Jared from Icon roofing had come out to pick up the left over supplies and the trailer full of the trash from the job. I was very surprised to see Jared walking around my house reverifying all nails were picked up, all trash was was picked up. Jared then reswept my drive way all the way out into the street, He swept the side walk to my front door. While he was working Mesa garbage had come by and emptied my recycle bin. To my complete surprise Jared had taken the initiative to place the trash bin in my yard and close the gate. Upon completion of this project my property was definitely in better shape now than it was when they arrived.

Had a small leak Icon Roofing showed up fast got the job done fast and Zak was super nice a professional. Would highly recommend.
