IBEX Roof Longview

Recently Ibex replaced the roofs on both our large home and large shop. We couldn’t be more pleased. We went with ibex based on the great experience our neighbors had. Our original roof had issues such as missing flashing, generally poor installation. Ibex made sure to address these problems and venting issues. They cleaned up like they were never here. Made sure there was no damage. Jaden, the project mgr, was always available and took care of every question or concern immediately. Two huge thumbs up!

They were the first roofing company I’ve worked with that I haven’t felt nickeled and dimed. They were timely, fast and extremely friendly. They were able to complete all the work I needed done in 2 days and at a lower cost than any contractor I talked to. I’m extremely excited to not have to worry about my roof or ceiling spots any more! Davyn made sure to show pictures of their work, and showed the broken parts taken off of the home. Overall we are more than thrilled with the completed work and with Davyn, Logan and Hanoa’s professionalism and care taken with our home.

Great product that looks really good. Great team of professionals to deal with, from sales to install. Quick turnaround. Very respectful of our home. New gutters is an investment, and I'd go with them again without hesitation.

Also, they determined on final review that they'd overestimated cost on one aspect of the project, so the final bill was even less than we'd prepared for. We wouldn't have probably caught that ourselves. We appreciate their honesty and work ethic!

This was an excellent experience. Fidel and his crew did meticulous and thorough work and communication with Fidel was easy and he explained things in detail. Ibex also did things they didn't have to without charging us. Highly recommend this company.

From the start to finish, Trevor was very informative. Kept me in the loop in regards to time of delivery and when to expect the contractors to show up for the work. The crew was amazing. They were fantastic , courteous and respectful of my property… this is my first major project to the house and could not have been happier. Thank you Trevor for a fantastic experience. Great experience overall from the Ibex team in Portland. I felt assured that Ibex Roof was going to be the company to trust with quality work. Sales process was great, they heard me out and covered all my bases. The project manager was flexible on my schedule and managed to get the job done in a few days. The warranty was the best I've seen from other bids and that was definitely a plus with this highly rated roofer.

You get what you pay for! We are very pleased with the quality of materials and the expertise of workmanship. Chris, our estimator covered our options very well. He walked the roof and checked the attic spaces, providing us with pictures of damage which helped us make decisions on what needed to be done. Trevor, the project manager kept us well informed on every phase of the project and was always available for any questions. Very professional company and we highly recommend!
