Actually they did a complete roof replacement 7 years ago as well as vent fans installed in the attic. We now have a leak and multiple areas where shingles are curling. There is a section over the garage that never laid flat during colder temps and then would flatten as it heated up. I had them back to look at that and was told it was normal as well as vent fans that had humidity and temperature control, yet ran constantly, even at 40 degrees. They changed out one but would not come back when I told them there was no change.
Now they tell me they no longer do residential roof repair. Again, it’s only been 7 yrs. So, I definitely would not hire them for commercial properties. They don’t want to stand behind their work, knowing how hard it is to get anyone to do just a repair.

IBC now State Construction did an excellent, professional job on my roof, May 2021. They also reroofed the garage in the fall of 2020.

Had them install a new shingle roof took only 2 days..the only issue I have is getting them to call back...
