Amazing experience with a great roofing company. We couldn't have been happier with the customer service and excellent build quality that we received with our new roof. I personally feel like we have the best roof in our neighborhood now and they were even able to add to roof to improve the ventilation in the summer and winter months. Innovative Builders Roofing & Construction (IBRC) - recently replaced our roof and gutters. We cannot be more satisfied with the results. The finished job is absolutely stunning. I’d never thought I’d say that about a roof, but it is. We have received numerous Compliments from neighbors and visitors. Our roof is the best looking roof on the block. Not only is it the best looking, but also the best quality and latest materials.

The owner Steve DuCharme, a Veteran, with over 40 years of experience returned my phone call quickly and on a weekend! I was impressed with that alone, but honestly skeptical of roofing companies. Steve quickly assured me of his expertise over the phone and I was sold.

He let me know that his workers were also experts at installing a roof and had been working with his company for many years. That was important to me too. He stated that he remains on site throughout the installation process, being assessable to the clients. I was delighted to hear that and he did.

You can not go wrong with his 40+ years of knowledge and expertise in the roofing business. His crew installed the correct vents on our roof, they were thorough in cleaning the yard, thorough in picking up all dropped nails around the property and did a thorough job in cleaning the driveway. Steve scheduled the gutter guys a couple of days later. That job went as smoothly as the roofing job. What I love is that some of my gutters are designed to lift when weed eating. We have nothing but compliments to all of the work that was done.

Steve and his team were fantastic! I feel like we got the best possible service. The work and communication were excellent. In addition, the work was completed insanely fast. I thought that having to file a claim for a new roof, getting a contractor, and getting the roof fixed would be such a hassle, but it was probably the best roof repair experience imaginable, shockingly so. Steve is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We’ll for sure be using Innovative Builders Roofing and Construction for any future projects.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service and the finished product performed by IBRC! We needed to reconstruct and dry in our deck. We tried using other contractors, but no one seemed to have the knowledge to dry it in. Steve, the owner, was recommended to us. He was amazing! He had ideas we never thought of. We worked mainly with Steve and he’s a true expert in the field: knowledgeable, skilled, and a deft communicator. They got to our house just a couple of days after our call, and put a high-quality & great-looking roof on for a reasonable price. And they did it all in one day, including a very thorough clean-up that left the yard safe for barefoot walking. Well done!

IBRC replaced my roof last year and it still looks great! Steve is an honest and experienced contractor that has the tools and expertise to quote the actual price it takes to do the job right, as opposed to most others that just blindly quote whatever the insurance amount is. Steve keeps a personal eye on the job as it progresses, and there were some minor issues during mine (as is often the case in construction), but the important thing is Steve responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure all were quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend and use IBRC again in the future!

I had installed the old roof myself 20 years ago and was apprehensive about paying for a new roof out of savings. Steve sat down with me and went over all of my options and costs. We determined what option would be the most cost effective yet still durable and attractive, and then Steve crawled into my attic and found that my 40 year old decking was still sound, saving me $6000 in new decking costs.

When the day came for the roofing team to arrive, they were prompt, professional, took great care to protect my landscaping and didn't leave that evening until every bit of debris had been removed, even finishing up the last of the cleanup in a rainstorm. Steve was there throughout the day, overseeing the job and making sure everything was completed as per our agreement, including new ridge vents along the entire roof and flashing in colors to match the roof.

My roof is now water tight and looks great. I'd recommend IBRC without hesitation.

Steve and crew did a fantastic job on our home. They are honest and dedicated to their craft. You can tell that this work is a passion for Steve. As the team was doing the new roof they identified structural damage under the roof. They showed me the damage, explained what was not done correctly, what the code required and suggested a way forward to correct the issue on our roof. Steve and his crew are amazing. First, Steve was very patient with me while I was choosing a shingle color, then a color for my gutters!! After everything was picked out, his crew showed up, did the work quickly and then cleaned up. Never saw a nail, a shingle, a piece of guttering. Nothing. I was very impressed with the quality of work, advice on types of shingles and guttering and the cleanliness!!! Steve was patient, professional and very responsive to calls and texts.
