Reroofing was done in Pacific County by subcontractor. They left roof with no shingles for long enough to leave water stains on the ceiling. Didn't put on gutter guards until we noted it hadn't been done. We discovered that they had not replaced all the bad decking after job was complete. Have contacted I-5 several times in the last two months. They're nice on the phone and by e-mail, but THERE HAS BEEN NO FOLLOW-UP.

We had Matt Curry and Ty Griggs come out to do some roof repairs and gutter cleaning. I can’t say enough about how great these guys are. The professionalism and personality’s of Matt and Ty reflects highly on i5. We will continue to use i5 for our future projects. Thank you so much.

I5 Plumbing went above and beyond with the work they did. They finished right on time and the work was flawless. I wanted to get a quote for some siding work and an estimate on new windows all around. The individual that I talked to for the most was great, but no quote or communication has been delivered to my email or voicemail.
If there was a minimum dollar amount that needs to be met, that could have been said on the phone when the appointment was scheduled (assuming that's why I haven't received an estimate). I wouldn't recommend this company, lack of communication the time they leave your house it stops. Myself being an estimator for another trade, this is just bad business tactics.
When does it stop trying to make a killing vs making a living.

I would not recommend i5 exteriors. I hired them to replace my roof after a pleasant bidding process, but the roofing experience has been rough. There are many reasons why things went poorly, but it boils down to the crew. My job was supposed to have 4 guys. The lead inspector guy told me so. Instead, I only got 2. Yet they got paid a fixed amount. So, they did the work of 4 guys without any extra pay. The job took 3X as long as it should have. They made a huge mess and killed a bunch of grass and damaged plants. I cleaned up after them each night to protect my kids and dog from nails and debris. The crew busted butt but still got paid the fixed amount despite the lack of help and the resulting length of job. Did i5 pay them more? no. Did i5 reduce my costs? no. they just kept the extra. Oh, and they never bothered to deliver a portable bathroom. Who knows where the crew was going pee. And I am still picking up nails.

I have no idea about their siding, but they called my cell phone illegally to sell siding -- phone number is on the FTC Do Not Call list, I just verified again. The caller (Janna) admitted they had some sort of a "Cold Call" list. Obviously they don't manage that list well at all -- perhaps their business records are better, or maybe not.
