Hydra Clean Carpet Cleaning

Hydra Clean cleans all of our carpets for a 200+ unit apartment community. We are always pleased with the results and their recommendations for any other carpet related issues we have! Friendly, professional and easy to work with.

Paul arrived a little earlier than he has told us. That was great. He explained what he was going to do. Then he showed what he did.He told us if the spots showed back up, just to give him a call. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend Hydra Clean and Paul!!

Paul and Kaleb did an absolute phenomenal job! From start to finish he was nothing short of kind and efficient! I had the very best experience with Hydra Clean! All the people who helped and worked with me were kind and very professional from the beginning to the finished product. I can't believe how good my carpet looks! I hate to admit this, but my hall upstairs had some pretty bad pee stains from when my Schnauzer was a puppy. I honestly thought they'd tell me that there's not much they'll be able to do; although, the stains are now gone, and my carpet looks great! You can't even tell there were stains there to begin with! They also cleaned the upholstery on one of my accent chairs in my den. Again, another great job!

Job well done! Hydra Clean Carpet Cleaning came to my residence to clean a rug in my dining room. Wow! They worked a miracle on the carpet in my rental house. After 8 years of a mom and 2 little boys, I thought the carpet was a lost cause. They did an amazing job. Thank you! I have used them twice before and they really work miracles. They even took a piece of carpet from a closet and fixed a damaged piece in the living room. You would never be able to find the spot that was repaired. I know longer own a home in Hattiesburg, but if I did, there is no other company I would use.

UPDATE: Had another cleaning session today and all was as good as the first time. Worked with Ben and Paul today, and they were in-and-out in 2 hours (4 bedrooms, a hallway, and an area rug). Everything looks great. I still give my highest recommendation!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Highest recommendation. We typically have our carpets cleaned annually but had been putting it off due to COVID. I was also interested in exploring a new vendor this time. I inquired via HydraClean's website about their service and was contacted by Alan. Alan described their work and confirmed they would have no problem wearing COVID masks in our home. This kind of courtesy and conscientiousness continued from this interaction through to the work. Alan came by for a measurement and quote. He explained their service and was informative. We were able to schedule for later in the week when Matt and Ben came by for the cleaning. We have several carpeted bedrooms, a hallway, and a rug. They were friendly and professional the whole time taking great care. Our carpets are refreshed and a few spots that had been darkened by use or stain are clean again. We will definitely continue to use their services in the future!
