Hunts Aluminum built our 14’X 23’ aluminum screened in porch on existing deck in April 2018. The porch turned out very nice. Unfortunately when it rained several days later a slow drip developed in one roof panel seam. I called Todd and he came out about a week later to repair the leak. Next rain the leak was still there and two additional seams began to leak. I called Todd, he told me he would make the time to check it out. Three weeks later I called Todd again. He advised he should be here later this week to work on the leak, he would call me. No call. Three weeks later I called Todd again, no answer so I left a message for him to call me. No response. Two weeks later I left a message on the office phone just in case Todd had lost his cell phone. Still no response. At this point, 4 months later, I was convinced that Mr. Hunt had no intention of repairing the roof. To keep from ruining the carpet I chose to patch the roof myself. The roof was leaking each time it rained in 3 of 6 roof panel seams. Fortunately I was physically able to accomplish the task with approximately $200 expenditure. Had I not been able to do the repairs, it would have cost me significantly more. Bottom line, Todd is a very nice person but apparently warranty work is not a priority for him.
