Stopped everything for a meeting... guy said I'm working on a truck and oh well he has to wait.. I understand having safety meetings but they knew they had no other trucks coming in for live load, They could have leaded us in 10 mins and went and had a meeting but Instead Stopped all the loaders and went and had a meeting that lasted over a hr. . ITS OK FOR THEM TO WASTE OUR TIME BUT AS SOON AS THEY CAME OUT IT WAS 5 MINS WORTH OF LOADING THEN HURRY AND PULL OUT CAUSE I GOTTA LOAD A TRAILER BEFORE I LEAVE. IT WAS A TRAILER ON THE YARD FOR A DRIVER TO GRAB AFTER HRS.. I SAT THERE 3 HRS FOR A LOAD THAT TOOK 15 MINS TO LOAD SO TBEY COULD HAVE A MEETING THAT WOULDN'T INTERFERE WITH THEM GETTING OFF AT 5PM. SMFH.. BUT IF YOU RUN OUT OF HRS WAITING ON THEM YOU CANT STAY THE NIGHT ON THE PROPERTY..
