Mr Huguenot did a good job installing gutters on my house after there first set failed. He honored the warrantee and it is much appreciated.
They did a great job installing gutters on both our homes a few years ago. However, my husband the corner of the house with the motorhome and damaged the gutters. We've called numerous times, left numerous messages. They have never called back or acknowledged us in any way. We've offered in the messages to stop by and pick up a piece to do our own repairs and still they've failed to respond. At least call back to say they don't want our business or are too busy or whatever. Be a professional, respond to messages and stand behind your product.
Ed installed new gutters and downspouts on our home. He did an excellent job. We have some strange combinations of roof levels and he came up with ways to tie them together. We are very pleased with Ed's work. Really nice man and lots of experience with gutter installation. Highly recommend!
