Exceptional. Amazing communication from start to finish. Fair priced cans. I like that you can track the driver to get an ETA on delivery and pickup. Company is very well organized, we will definitely be using them again.

We have a very old monkey pod tree that we were afraid might go over in high winds and fall on our house. Their botanist came and inspected it and said the roots were very strong. Then they trimmed and balanced the tree and it looks spectacular!

As a general contractor based out of Oahu it is important to have a reliable company for dumpster drop off and pick ups. HTM has been easy and professional to work with. They are timely and can accommodate last minute scheduling which is important in our field - thing move fast.

We also used HTM on a personal level when a large tree fell in our yard. Their team was quick to respond and reasonably priced.

HTM Tree Trimmers were great from start to finish. Their arborist, John is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.

The team that trimmed my mango tree, also were very attentive to carefully trim as I requested. Each team member was very professional.

I would highly recommend HTM.

I loved the ficus tree but it was causing major problems d/t its aggressive root system. Anyway, HTM removed and turned it to saw dust! Ha ha

Professional team. Quote was reasonable and timely. Slight issue with scheduling the day of the work between office and actual crew. They worked it out. Crew arrived 2 hours later. Did a great job of trio and cleaning up. Nice people, they asked if I was satisfied before they left. We both took before and after pics for our records. Will use them again.

Driver for delivery and pickup did an incredible job of navigating the dumpster into requested area. Great skill and professional attitude.

while standing outside of my own home today, a group of these workers leaned out the window and catcalled me. this is EXTREMELY unprofessional and while i couldn’t understand what they were saying, i am UNBELIEVABLY upset and angry. these men are a reflection of this entire company and i will not stop until there is some serious action taken. for this to happen while they are ON THE CLOCK in a branded truck is INSANE. i am writing this to enforce some kind of punishment on these workers. people like this do not deserve not to be called out.

Excellent communication, service, and price. We had several trees that were unfortunately destroyed by CRB & needed to remove. HTM provided a professional service by removing and grinding stumps in a single session, and the stumps were not in a very easy area to get to with a grinder. Would totally use them again for future needs.

Hazardous job, trimming a very large lychee tree close to electric power lines and main road. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard trimming the tree down. This was a big job and filled up the chip truck 3x. The crew had to return another day to finish up. Both crews were polite and professional. Im sure there are other companies that may have been cheaper but this job was hazardous and this is the third time I have used Htm. I have confidence in Htm they have the experience, sufficient equipment and hard working crew to get a difficult job done safely.

On Nov. 26, HTM cut my avocado tree. They did a great job in cutting the tree and clean up. They also asked how exactly I wanted it cut to make sure that we were on the same page.

First time renting a 40 yard dumpster for my company Nalani Plant Service. Suzanne at HTM has great customer service, great response time to emails and the best prices for dumpsters. We needed a switch out dumpster and they got it on schedule for us right away. Also like how we get emailed when the dumpster is scheduled, on the way and completed. This will be our go to company for all our dumpster rentals.

The tree trimmers were great! Efficient, did an unbelievable job, cleaned up the area nicely and the price was very affordable!

H.T.M. Contractors Inc. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done in a way for one clear space that has built of from years of illegal dumping. The dumpsters were quick to arrive and even quicker to be taken for removal. The drivers were nice and made container fit in a place that was not thought possible and by placing it the way they did it made my job much more easier. The staff was super nice and worked with me in getting permits and the proper equipment that would allow a safe environment. They were always there when I called and even though I was with little contact by deadline of contract they did not rush to close contract how other companies do. Thank you H.T.M Contractors for all treatment causin to feel like a positive family instead of a negative cold relationship that is just a motion in the business environment.

I found HTM Contractors Inc on Google, and was fortunate to have worked with them. They provided excellent service both in the office and in the field. I worked in the construction field so I am familiar with the safety protocols and was surprised at how safety oriented all the workers were. They had to cut down 4-5 tall trees in my backyard which is on a hillside and hanging over my house. They did an excellent job. All the field workers were very polite which reflects how the company is managed.

I ordered a dump bin for a certain date. I had to last minute cancel the delivery for an unknown date but as soon as i caught wind the day before i needed a bin, HTM came through and brought the bin. I know it took coordination on their end and i appreciate them. Can't beat the prices either.

I trusted HTM with trimming our overgrown lychee tree and was not disappointed. They were professional, on time and cleaned up. They told me exactly what they were going to do and did what they said. The tree looks great and I'm going it's what it needs to bear fruit again. I would definitely use their services again.

My business has worked with HTM Contractors on previous junk hauls. Kai has always remained personable and professional. He's always available if I needed any questions answered or concerns addressed.

His crew worked 5 hours to haul many items from 8 rooms of varying sizes and junk capacities. They hauled everything in an orderly and neat fashion. They did not damage my property nor left it in a mess when the work was completed.
