Great experience for a home addition. They are always on time and have very professional employees. They make sure you get exactly what you want and have no problem coming back out to fix even the smallest of issues when it comes to your satisfaction. I will be calling them in the future for any other home projects that I plan on doing.

I find this company has the knowledge; promptly shows up on time, works hard, cleans up, & quality of workmanship is superb.
Currently working on our great room remodeling project, including demolition of existing walls, to give us an open concept, that required adding a new support beam, moving plumbing & electrical work, we also removed the old vent less fireplace & relocating with a new vented fireplace to include a stone hearth & 20' of culture stone floor to ceiling. We're excited, framing, new wood ceiling planks are going up & the remodel process has begun! I cannot wait to share the finished product photos. I know it's going to look GRAND! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

HTI has completed several jobs for me.

A stand alone building with a small kitchen and handicapped restroom. It was completed on time even though I made a few changes during the construction. They made suggestions I hadn't thought of which I really appreciated and I did take their advice. Perfectly on budget.

A residential bathroom remodel where we combined a small walk in closet with a small overcrowded bathroom to create a very open bathroom closet combination. Tile handicapped accessible shower stall with glass shower wall, tile floor, and granite top dual sink vanity. We simply could not be happier with the results. One of the sinks was defective and some of the grout in the shower didn't last very long. Sink replaced and grout repaired promptly with no additional cost.

A new roof and fence from storm damage. Fast work and looks great. Entire fence was replaced so it all would match since old pickets were no longer available.

Roof leak repair at my church correcting another company's shoddy workmanship. This project is ongoing.

A kitchen remodel is planned for just after the first of the year and HTI is the only company we are considering.

We have used HTI on multiple occasions for various projects (roof, bath and kitchen remodeling, window replacements and repairs) and we have always experienced outstanding results. The employees have always been prompt, courteous, skilled and willing to accommodate our requests. Robert and Cory have been super following up and making sure we are satisfied with the final product. We have trusted them with access to our home when we were away and have trusted their recommendations and ideas for improvements to our original concepts. Excellent contractors. They replaced some cedar siding, a soffit on the roof where a tree had hit the house, and built some cedar fencing. They will be painting my house soon. They are extremely talented, offer reasonable, honest pricing and were extremely prompt. I will continue using them.
