We recently had our bathroom and shower renovated, and once again, we’re incredibly happy with the work done by Hugo and his team. This is our second time working with them (they previously installed a fence for us), and they continue to impress with their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail.
From the start, Hugo was responsive and thoughtful in addressing all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the renovation, they remained flexible, calmly navigating challenges as they came up without cutting corners or compromising on quality.
What stood out the most was the care they put into every aspect of the job. They took their time, making sure each piece was done right, never rushing just to get to the next project. Even during heavy, noisy construction phases, they chose to complete some of the work outside in the yard to help reduce disruption and protect our comfort and health at home.
They also assisted us with purchasing materials, installed a beautiful glass door (saving us a ton in the process), and even came back to install a small missing piece for the sink faucet, something that technically wasn’t even their responsibility. Their thorough cleaning at the end of each workday was the cherry on top.
