We had HR Roofing Solutions came to do our house after bring suggested by our relator. At the time, there was no leaking but we had been told by our inspector the roof had been put in incorrectly and would need to be fixed. After the crew came out, we began to have major water damage on the ceiling where they had fixed the roof. We asked for it to be fixed and it was. Except the next time it rained, there was even more damage. The ceiling was peeling off. We asked for it to be fixed again and the rep told us he wasn't sure what was going on. They "fixed" it for a third time. After yesterday's storm the roof is now leaking in a second place with the ceiling coming apart. I will not be calling again as I have totally lost faith in the company. My roof has been leaking since the summer with no solution. In fact the work done has made the leaks significantly worse. We spent over 3,000 on absolutely nothing.

In September 2017, we had the flat roof over our garage redone. It was over Labor Day weekend and we went to Flagstaff so we were not home while the roof was torn out and redone. When we got home, there were puddles of water all over our kitchen. We immediately called HR Roofing and were told that the roof takes 24 hours to cure and during that 24 hours it rained, so the rain leaked into my house. The storm was actually pretty big, so there was a lot of water. We renovated our house in 2015, so it was still very new. The floors and ceiling were and still are completely ruined. I asked why they didn’t cover the roof if it takes 24 hours to cure and a storm was approaching and was told they should have covered it. After a couple of weeks of communication via email about how they were going to fix my ruined house, they just stopped responding. They told me they sent someone to my house to fix the damage and no one answered the door. We never set up an appointment with them for anyone to come to our house, so I’m not sure why they just sent someone to our house. We both work during the day, so we weren’t home. I never heard from this company again. I still have a lot water damage on my ceiling and floors. Please do not use this company. I understand that people make mistakes, but they didn’t even try to fix their mistake. We are going to be out thousands of dollars to fix the damage that was done to our house.

Your crew was polite and provided excellent service and communication plus you had the best quote. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, it looks really nice and improves the look of the whole house. I am very happy I decided on your company and would highly recommend to others.

If I could give a ZERO I would. The workers were fine and said we got taken on this deal as it only needed 2 pieces of plywood. Two weeks after closing, he sent another bill (to the realtor) for materials. The whole roof was replaced! What else could he possibly need? It wasn't a repair! Additional materials were not discussed! Now he is threatening the new homeowner and myself. Keep scrolling and find someone else

great job, fast service when we had a bad leak. Original contractor said he was 6-8 weeks out on repairs. These guys came out in the rain & patched the leak & came back when dry to finish the job properly. They will be doing any roofing i need in the future.

In late 2018 there was a microburst in my neighborhood causing damage to several homes, I was able to wait till Spring of 2019, but witnessed several neighbors roofs get replaced and was expecting 3-4 days of replacement. I was completely surprised when they had my entire property covered including my 30K gallon pool at 6am and completely finished at 3pm that afternoon.

I had approached several roofing firms prior to HR; it seemed to me that, while yes I’m not a roofing expert, I did want my opinion to matter and I felt that with the team at HR.

My parents died and I needed a new roof to be able to close on their property. They advertise that they are a Veteran owned business and give Veteran discounts, however, I did not see that. I originally got a bid from them and they kept saying I had a flat portion on my roof. I don't have a flat portion it is a metal patio cover. After a few emails they then informed me that they did not go to the property, but used a satellite image. I received a bid from a very reputable company that I used for my home, but they are not available until June. I have to close on my parents house in less than 10 days. When I asked if they would match this other company the only response I received back was, "I am not able to match their price." The difference was $600 dollars. He knew I was a retired Combat soldier with more than 20 years in the Army, but yet he couldn't match a competitors price that was only $600 dollars less? I would not say he is a Veteran Friendly company or he would have priced matched and he would have been more diligent on my estimate.

I had contacted a company that I had contracted with to do my home originally. I needed 4 small repairs in the foam roof and the second floor walk deck recoated. The estimator gave me a quote that included recoating the entire foam roof which was not needed as I had recoated 2 years earlier. They had no interest unless they could it all for over $6000. I contacted several other companies that would not even look at without committing to a ridiculously high price to do the foam repair. HR Roofing did the job professionally, on time and at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I would actually say 3.5 stars, if I could. On the positive side, the roof coating is doing its job and not leaking. And the people were nice to deal with. But the negative aspects were (1) the coating dripped on the dark brown facia (like sloppy cake icing), although the company did send someone out to fix it, and (2) we found out several months later that the crew that put on the roof coating had REMOVED ALL THE MESH THAT WE HAD PUT ON TO KEEP ROOF RATS OUT. Why, we do not know. We found out only when rats re-entered the ceiling space. Just seemed weird that they would remove them. And not tell us.

Hired for a spray on roof that is very difficult to get right. 10 year warranty on the work. Performed about 4 years ago now and had a small problem within the first month. I called them and they came out instantly and solved the issue. The roof has been perfect ever since even through some pretty wicked storms. 6 years to go, but I suspect this thing will last much longer. I will definitely call them for all my roofing needs in the future. Minor issues can happen with any work, especially with a big project using a specialized product, but the difference between a great company and a mediocre one is how they step up to resolve it, and these guys were great! They won't leave you hanging.......

During a monsoon storm, the roof of my parents home was severely damaged. We called several companies for bids and chose HR Roofing Solutions for the replacement. They worked with our insurance company and their bid was fair and honest. They completed the repair on time and had courteous workers. We were so happy with their professionalism that we asked them to bid, with others, on our industrial property in the West Valley. Again, their bid was the best and they completed the project with our complete satisfaction.

They drive very unsafe on the road. Cutting into HOV lane when in rush hour. Then they go 45mph holding everyone back making the road even more dangerous as we’re all forced to get close. Then the group of latinos flip ME off when I pass ten minutes down the road. I’m sure they have great leadership if they don’t care about the boss knowing. Well now the boss knows. Doubt he will care.
