Tried to get a quote from this company. Submitted an email on their website and called and the girl taking messages said they would give the message.

Called again on 3/22 and someone answered and said this was their messages service and they would leave them a message and suggested I submit it on their website as well. I let him know I did that already and hung up.

If a company doesn't have the courtesy to return your messages you leave via phone and website it's a clear indicator of what their services will be like. Pass.

We have lived in Northfield same house for 16yrs now, across the street from townhomes. They hired Hoyt Exteriors to do all the roofing for the houses, and what a great job they did! Employees worked very hard, were very respectful and cleaned up the area after each and every day! If we had needed to get our roof re-done, I would for sure have used them.

Jon excellent project manager whom was always around. He was concerned about not just the home owners over there, but us across the street as well. Making sure all areas were cleaned and cleared after work. Wonderful person, great company with fantastic work and results!

Our neighbor had hired Hoyt for their roof after a hail storm had come through. I was so impressed I asked Levi to handle ours as well. It was a smooth process right from the start. Levi and our adjuster inspected the roof together, the claim was processed and Levi put us on their schedule. Levi said they were going to start at 7am, and just like clock work, the crew of 13 was onsite and in motion like a well oiled machine. Tarps all around the perimeter, shingles delivered with a boom truck, safety ropes/harnesses on the guys, professionals all around. They finished, and had everything cleaned up by early afternoon. The crew had photographed their work and those pictures were provided to the building inspector to ensure code compliance.

We (the HOA Board of Century Ridge, Lakeville, MN) used Hoyt Exteriors to inspect the roofs of 26 buildings of our townhome HOA. When we had hail damage, Hoyt inspected and documented that damage. When it was time to work with our insurance adjustor, Hoyt represented the HOA throughout the long drawn out process. After reaching a settlement, it was a simple decision to move forward with Hoyt for the actual repair. From start to finish, Levi and his team were friendly, professional and extremely responsive. With 118 homeowners comprising the HOA, we (the board) anticipated some complaints or issues. Not a one. The massive project was staged perfectly, communication excellent and cleanup was perfect. No regrets. Could we have saved money going with someone else? Maybe, but I wouldn't have wanted to sacrifice the incredibly good service we received from the team nor the quality by going with some fly by night roofing company. Following hail damage in our area, we contacted Hoyt Exteriors in Lakeville. Levi Hoyt came out and met with the insurance adjuster at our home. Upon identifying damage, we were approved for a roof/shingle replacement. Because we have two buildings, they brought two crews and were able to do both buildings in 1 day. Their work was excellent and professional. They protected our shrubs and cleaned up all their debris. We are extremely satisfied with their work and work ethics. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair. They informed us what was going on and their time line. Also, they welcomed any questions we had during the process.

I’m the President of an HOA consisting of 148 townhomes. We sustained major damage to all of our roofs and a large portion of our siding. After interviewing several roofing companies we awarded the contract for roofing and siding to Hoyt. They answered all of our questions and concerns. They worked in unison with our insurance company. Hoyt construction was so amazing to work with! We had just had a tornado roll thru our house and called them as soon as it happened. Levi came over right away and assessed the damage. He was with us every step of the way even when we had to deal with insurance side of things. Levi and his team were so supportive thru the whole process. Our house is a very very unique home. So we were also worried about getting a company with the quality and knowledge to complete it. As to not take away from the uniqueness when doing all the exterior of our home. They even did some interior stuff for us as well. I just have to say they nailed it!!! It’s beautiful so much more then I could have imagined! Hoyt Exteriors is replacing roofs in our townhouse development. I woke up at 6 am Sunday morning with a leak, Levi came out within an hour to take a look and patch the leak. Very impressed to get someone out Sunday morning at 7 am.

We couldn't have been happier with the quality of workmanship and service from beginning to end with this major project.
