Horn Brothers replaced our hail damaged roof and gutters on our home in Cherry Creek North. In one word, the best! Chris was our contact and provided both an estimate and timeline with start and completion dates-both were hit with military precision. The communication and responsiveness were excellent. The work quality was excellent. The crew worked hard and continuously from early (seemed like sunrise) until last light. The businesslike manner was impressive and yet the crew, especially the leaders were extremely polite, asked frequently if we needed them to move anything so we could come and go from the house and garage without inconvenience and had warm smiles and words whenever interacting with us. Horn Brothers Roofing has been servicing my home and multi-family buildings for over 2 decades now. I have always worked with Chris and can call him anytime with my roofing questions. Horn Brothers proposals are reasonable and frequently in line with or lower than competing legitimate roofing contractors. Their most recent job for me was a new PVC garage roof replacement.

Hired to fix roof leak. The “fix” made it worse, they ghosted us for weeks, then announced they were uninterested in working with us going forward. The rep we first worked with was transferred to another part of the state. He never told his supervisor that we still had an issue. After more than a month of phone tag the supervisor came to the house, looked at the issue, and said they would do no more work on it. Terrible customer service and communication. The only bright spot is they didn’t try to bill us for the unsuccessful work. Start to finish was five months of back and forth.

We bought a house that Horn Brothers Roofing installed a roof on, and they have been great to work with even though we weren't the original buyers of the roof. They provided info for our insurance during the home buying process, have inspected the roof after hailstorms, and recently fixed an issue with silt/leaf buildup causing water to not drain correctly. Fernando was easy to work with and did a thorough job - great experience overall

During the April 6th wind storm, my neighbor's blue spruce landed on my home. Fernando came out and gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace the damaged metal shingles and gutter. Fernando immediately knew the color of my shingles. He found the few remaining shingles that matched my 2017 roof in the warehouse. The roof and gutters were repaired within a week of the estimate. I was very impressed with his skill and dedication.

Fantastic company! Tim went above and beyond from day one to answer all of our questions and bring out samples for us to try. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Humberto and our onsite crew were great. We are very happy with the quality of work and the communication from start to finish!

Recently replaced my roof with a stone coated steel shingles as well as a new gutter system through Horn Brothers Roofing (HBR) and couldn't be happier. Love how it looks and the experience I had with HBR. Everyone I dealt with was super professional and did what they said they would do. Chris with sales was great, Jusue organizing everything, Fernando our project manager (crew too) and Monica form the office all delivered. Certainly hope I won't need to replace my roof of a long time yet feel much better knowing I chose HBR and wouldn't hesitate to recommend especially with the higher end roofing solutions. Due to hail damage, we had to have 2 big skylights replaced in our living room. We dealt with Juan throughout the entire process and couldn’t have asked for more thorough explanations or meticulous workmanship from beginning to end. The crew clearly had a plan and executed it quickly. Given the magnitude of the job, they created a minimal disturbance. When they were done there was no residual mess. All-in-all a thoroughly professional job.

Matthew was our estimator and increased our insurance payout significantly. Our roof was replaced with Gerard stone coated steel around 10 years ago and it has performed perfectly. Crew was fast and prodessional.

I can't recommend Horn Brothers highly enough! They installed a stone coated steel roof on my home and the entire experience was phenomenal. Our sales rep, Jeff, was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and so friendly and fun to work with. The roofers themselves were incredible craftsmen. The roof was installed on wooden battens and the whole process was more like an art installation than a roof intstall -- we enjoyed watching the process. The roof has been on our house for 2 years now and we've had no issues at all. It is beautiful!

Upon recommendation from a friend & extensive research on Gerard roofs, I contracted to have one installed in June 2004. Horn Bros Roofing
was the local installer. That was the fifth & final roof installed on a 1970 house. Over the years, the roof has survived Colorado hail, winds, rain, snow, high & frigid temperatures. The only damage has been inflicted by other workers who aren't knowledgeable about walking on Gerard panels & some overgrown tree branches that wore away the stone coating. Whenever I felt the roof required inspection, Horn Bros dispatched a representative to perform an inspection @ no charge. If work/repairs were required, it was scheduled & completed in a timely manner by competent workers. If I felt remedial work needed to be done, Horn Bros made it so. This is a good company with excellent people!

After our 25-year-old concrete tile roofing system was heavily damaged by high wind, we were reluctant to replace the roofing with concrete tile again. Our neighbor had recently contracted with Horn Brothers Roofing to replace their roofing with a metal roofing system. They were extremely satisfied and highly recommended Horn Brothers. I contacted Horn Brothers and they connected me with Matthew Williams, their Roofing Specialist, who immediately met with us, inspected our roof, and convinced us to reinstall using stone coated steel roofing on a double batten to provide superior ventilation between the metal panel and the roof sheathing. We were impressed with the metal panel's superior wind protection, hail protection and fire rating. Matthew walked us through all of the panel and color selections and the trim features. In addition, Matthew was extremely helpful in working directly with our insurance company to expedite our claim settlement. We also decided to remove and replace all of our gutters. We can't say enough about Matthew. We were pleased that he communicated and followed-up throughout the entire contract and installation process. During the existing roofing removal and new roofing replacement, Horn Brothers assigned their Installation Manager, Humberto Cruz, who proved to be excellent in managing his demolition and installation crews. His attention to detail, protection of our exterior finishes, and response to our questions and concerns was appreciated. Humberto's team worked through all of the contiguous fair-weather days including a weekend and a snow removal day to expedite the Project, which they completed in less than 2-weeks. We are extremely pleased with the finished metal roofing installation including the gutter replacement. I personally have been in the construction business over 50-years. I've worked with many roofing firms on our local and mountain projects, and I can attest from experience that Horn Brothers Roofing is an excellent, professional, honest and fair, and well managed firm. Without question, I highly recommend them.

Horn Brothers was great to work with. They explained options well and got us the exact roof we wanted. The metal roof looks great and we get lots of compliments on it. The new roof also cut my homeowners insurance in half! The crew worked well around our stucco guys and handled random delays that come up (Covid, snow, cold) with ease.

Our experience with Horn Brothers was very good. They are punctual, competent, honest, and hard-working. In addition, they are available if or when we have questions. If necessary, they are ready, willing and able to address any issue. They are a breath of fresh air.

Horn Brothers replaced the roof on our mountain home. We worked with Manuel. The roofers were respectful and kept the property in good order as they worked. We did have a leak after the roof was replaced. Horn Brothers was very responsive and the problem was quickly taken care of. The interior damage from the leak was also well repaired . When a few shingles blew off in a wind storm, Horn Brothers, again, responded and replaced the missing shingles.

We replaced a Decra metal shingle roof - about a $55K project that had to be coordinated with the contractor we hired to replace our hard-coat stucco siding. It was a somewhat complex project, and we ran into some issues along the way, but Horn Brothers proceeded with 100% professionalism and integrity and did a great job overall. I would dock them one star because of two problems we encountered: (1) they cut soffit vents and a crown vent into our house in areas where we did not have attics (lofted ceilings inside) due to a HB paperwork mistake and the mistake of not inspecting the interior of our home during COVID to learn about the lofted ceilings. Lesson: check their vent plan BEFORE they start cutting. (2) without letting us know in advance, they installed a gutter leaf guard system that we had emailed them we'd decided not to install -- we decided we instead wanted a micro-mesh system that would be better for pine needles. To their credit, they wrote off most, if not all, of the cost of that installation. Lesson: don't rely on email for contract changes. Call, and tell the supervisor and the marketing rep so there is no miscommunication. That said, I don't dock them a star because I should also add a star for the outstanding job they did coordinating with our difficult stucco contractor. We enjoyed working with Chris, Manual, Josue, and Alex - all great, A+ people. Advice: If you have a metal roof, ask the mfr which companies they recommend for installation in your area.

Matthew was terrific to work with. Very responsive, did the work quickly, and the end product was excellent. We were very satisfied with the company. However, I have heard that Matthew (sales resp) is no longer with the company.

Manuel and his team were amazing from start to finish. He guided us to an amazing stone coated steel product that looks better than we envisioned, is more energy efficient, has much better storm protection and longevity. Not only five star, but the best home improvement experience we have ever had. We absolutely love our roof from Horn Brothers!

Manuel's team are top notch and the best in the business. When the owner comes out to inspect his work product multiple times, you know he cares about customer service. I have a large 7000 sq ft home with many roof transitions, skylights, peaks and valleys, so I wanted someone who have done large scale commercial work too.

These guys are local, unlike some of these storm chasers who slap a roof on and get out of town. You won't be disappointed and I'll always be a reference for Horn Bros.

Horn Brothers installed a new roof for us last August. They worked long days but got it done in less than a week. They were very professional, prompt and organized and left the area around our house clean at the end of each day. When we had a few questions over the next couple of months, they were extremely responsive . I would definitely use them again.

My insurance totally screwed me, and I ended up having to pay for over 80% of the roof out of pocket. If you use ANPAC for insurance, cancel it before it's too late!

I worked with Ryan and I found his service to be excellent and the work the crew did was top notch. Excellent clean up, too. I believe that Ryan being here when the insurance inspector was, helped a ton. Ryan suggested the heavier duty hail resistant shingles and they proved to be worth it as we just had another storm hit us with minimal damage.

The experience from start to finish was perfect. My salesman walked me through the options, I felt informed and unpressured. The work was done near perfectly, the tiny issue I had was solved in a few days and the roof is flawless - now forover 2 years!

It was a real headache get them to put my project on the schedule both for the roof and gutter installation. It took repeated calls on my part to get on the schedule and they kept changing the person I was supposed to contact. When I finally was able to get on the schedule they did a good job. But the next time I need gutters or roofing I’ll go somewhere else.. It’s too frustrating to get scheduled. And I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.

We've had two homes on which Horn Brothers installed Gerard stone-coated steel roofing. Their estimates were true to cost, the workers were on time, and the quality of their work is impeccable. I would and have recommended Horn Brothers to many others. Our current house has had this roofing for almost 20 years, and it looks and works as well as it did when first installed. The way it wears makes it worth the additional cost of the product, plus we get a 25-percent discount on insurance for having a fire-proof roof.

It has been such a pleasure working with Horn Brothers. An elderly family member, R, needed an entire roof redone. Our contact at Horn Brothers, Jeff House, was courteous and professional from the get-go. R was very impressed with how knowledgeable the inspectors were who conducted the survey and made our estimate. When R had trouble picking a roof color, Jeff dropped off several shingle samples for us to look at in person. Scheduling was prompt, with Jeff calling quickly to notify us of weather delays. We were pleasantly surprised that the whole job actually took just a couple of days, as advertised!

Extremely disappointed in my interactions with them. Took them days to call be back after I submitted a request for a quote to replace my roof. They called me back and scheduled a time for an inspection. They didn't show up, didn't call, and didn't reschedule. They showed up at my house randomly days late and unannounced. The rep said he would prepare a quote and never did.

I imagine that in someway this is reflective of the quality of work they do or at the very least that they may not do the work when they say they will. But the rep was polite, so there is that. I'll be looking elsewhere for my roofing needs.

Horn Brothers Roofing are highly detailed even in small jobs. Impressive!

We experienced some leaking around our rooftop vents on a tile roof. We found Horn Bos. on Next Door Neighbor and Humberto Cruz came out to assess the problem. He identified that the builder did not place two layers of underlay as required in the specs for a tile roof. The crew re-laid insulation around all vents and replaced the flashing. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up after the job. Umberto returned twice to follow up to make sure we were satisfied - which we were.

Elizabeth Glaesman with Horn Brothers was truly exceptional to work with. Her professionalism, dedication and focus on details made our very extensive Hail Damage repair project easy and hassle free. Elizabeth provided service at a level seldom experienced. I highly recommend Horn Brothers and Elizabeth Glaesman if you need home repair, especially for large, complex projects.

After a major hail storm in 2016 that left me with a lot of damage to tend to, I was not looking forward to dealing with such unfamiliar territory as choosing a roofer. Horn Brothers was the third company to look over my house and visit with me, and it was very clear they were the best choice. Mark McMillian was not only very thorough in explaining everything, but very sensitive to my attention to detail in wanting everything just right. Mark and Danial both were incredibly timely and really great to work with. Figuring this all was going to be a very painful and time consuming process, it was far from it, and I couldn't be any happier with how everything went.

In August, 2014 Greenwood Village was hit with a major hail storm. My home and every other home in the area had significant hail damage. The good news was that my roof was not leaking, however it was badly damaged! So, I decided take my time and investigate local Roofing Companies that had the best reputation in the area. After talking with several people in my area, I looked at many homes that Horn Brothers had installed new roofs, and not one person had a bad thing to say about Horn Brothers. Overwhelmingly, Horn Brothers had the best reviews regarding high quality work. I was referred by a neighbor to Mark Ziegler-Horn Brothers Representative, a veteran in the construction industry. Mark is very knowledgeable and their pricing was the best value of all the quotes! He was not pushy in any way and knew the competition very well. The waiting list was out almost one year, but the wait was worth it. I had three of my neighbors that needed to have their roofs replaced a second time, because they didn't pick the right roofing company to begin with! I chose a top rated Gerard Premium stone coated steel roof and it looks great! Horn Brothers are true professionals and I would recommend to anyone that needs a new roof, to consider Horn Brothers! I moved into a house with a new roof they put on that needed the gutters replaced as the old owner didn't have that done. Sadly after 10+ calls with no timeline for responses on estimates and countless emails (which would have caused a low rating by itself), the guys came early without telling me and I wasn't prepared with my other contractor that was coming the following week to install the gutters. After many conversations they did come so that I got gutters on after a few days, but everything about the process and getting it done was a pain. I went with them as I wanted to keep the warranty on the roof and the product is great, but I felt like I should have clocked my hours as it was a job just to get the job contracted and guys out. Also, I talked to the owner, who is not a Horn Brother, so not sure where that comes from.

Update - they came and helped after last service. That service was 5 stars and updating from 1 to 3

Horn Brothers Roofing just completed installing a Gerard steel roof on my home in Evergreen. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and the finished product. The tear off crew, the install crew and the gutter contractor were all excellent, and punctual. They cleaned up each and every day before departing. None of my concerns were ever discounted and more importantly, they often told me that they wanted me to be satisfied with their work. What a wonderful company who are several steps above the normal roofing contractor. I highly recommend Horn Brothers Roofing. I almost forgot to mention the professionalism of their salesperson, Matthew Williams. He educated me on the benefits of a steel roof and followed up in a timely manner.
