Two weeks ago our old satellite dish fell off our roof due to wind and rotten wood. It took a chunk of our roof with it. It was hanging from the roof by the cords too. I immediately sent messages late at night asking for help (due to the fact that storms were coming in the next morning). Carlos responded and said he could be there in the morning. His crew was busy at another site, but he made the drive to our house since he knew the severity of the damage the rain could cause with the big hole in our roof. He arrived bright and early and removed the hanging satellite and installed a temporary patch so we would not have leaks during the storms. The following week he was back replacing the rotten wood and installing new shingles in the damaged area. Thanks to his quick response, we had no water damage or leaks in our attic. No one else could get here as quickly. He matched our shingles perfect and the roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Carlos at Hope State Roofing! Tell him The Woody’s sent you!

Carlos came out to look at my roof and gave me an honest opinion and fair price on some damage that I had after receiving other professional opinions. Carlos took pictures to show me the damage and then I decided to go ahead with a roof replacement because it would be the most cost effective overall rather than putting a bandaid on the roof and I'm really glad I did! Hope State Roofing was what everyone should expect out of a roofing company, there were no surprises what Carlos told me was exactly what was done. I gave him a deposit of roughly 2/3 of the roof cost after he had inspected it and we decided on a number, and he communicated with me during the week which was highly appreciated. Overall the roof looks great! I cant recommend Hope State Roofing enough and I'll definitely put the word out!
