Thank you Hop for installing a great product and standing behind your work. Months ago I stated how unhappy I was with there instalation, the windows looked great but I ended up having leaks. They have come back to me to correct the problems and stand behind their product. I've been unable to modify or take down my previous negative comment. I'm talking to Google to hopefully correct that. I think it shows amazing integrity, pride in your product and huge character to come back and finish what you started. It's how you handle the mistakes in life that matter. I'm 100% happy I chose Hop Windows and will do so everytime.

I'm so impressed with the work done on my windows. We've got a funky corner window that looks so professionally done. So much better than what we had. Brightens up the room. Thank you HOP Home Improvement. I would definitely recommend this company.

I just love, love, love our new windows! From the beginning with our consultant through the finished installation, service and quality was spot on. The day our windows were installed I wasn't able to be home until the very end. Justin greeted me, walked me around answering any questions I had patiently at the end of a long day and left with everything clean and in place. I wish I would have done this sooner. I would definitely recommend this company and am so grateful for this experience.

The windows look great, but they do not know how to install properly. Thankfully I was getting my home repainted outside a few weeks after they installed the windows. As they pressure washed my house water poured in most of my windows. I do not have good pictures because I was so stressed about the cleaning the water up. I've had to have my painters caulk most of the windows again. My contractor, for most of my house told me he knows they didn't caulk under the trim, around the windows. Very frustrating to pay someone that much.

I purchased Cour de lain windows for my whole house from them. What a difference! The heat that use to come in through my old windows is nonexistent with these. They were very professional and did a fantastic job—cleaning up afterwards and hauling my old windows away.
My favorite window is my kitchen garden window!

Professional, friendly, and worked with me to address my complicated flat roof, skylight challenges. Price was far more reasonable than I was quoted by other companies, and Hop used a higher quality material vs trying to sell me something that wouldn't last. Roof looks great, very happy overall.

The knock on our door one afternoon from Linsey windows was the beginning of a great friendship and beautifully installed windows throughout our home. The installers always confirmed their appointments, always cleaned up after themselves and left us with a warmer home then its ever been. Our home needed new windows badly. We love the looks and the performance of these windows. Looking forward to the heat of summer to see how efficient the tint holds out the heat, so far the coldness of winter is no longer felt coming through our windows or sliders. We are more than pleased for choosing Lindsey Windows and so so pleased with their work. We’ve had many knocks on our door by other companies but something just told us this was the company to hire! HOP Home Improvement have great windows for a fair price! I love Brandi, every time I messaged her about anything she got back to me so fast, same day! The guys that came to install the windows were fast, nice, respectful of my toddler and all my dogs and left no damage to the rest of my house. They even cleaned up most the mess from taking out the old windows! I highly recommend using them for new windows and doors in your house!

I was in desperate need of a new roof on my shed. I searched google and picked HOP for the job. I’m so glad I picked them. They were super friendly, quick to respond and got the job done. Later I noticed a window in one of my upstairs bedrooms had a crack from top to bottom. I called HOP and Brandy came right out to get measurements and ordered a new window. Of all the choices on google I picked exactly the right people. If the need arises again they will be the first I call!!

We had a great experience with HOP. The quality and value of the windows are the highest we found. The quote was accurate (no surprises), and they helped make a couple of decisions on options that really improved the way our windows work for us. The installers were quick and cleaned up after themselves. We even took the oppurtunity to upsize several of our windows, and that went great. All-in-all, very nice people, a great company and some really great windows.

Great customer service. HOP helped us with a window replacement and was able to deliver faster and at a better cost than other businesses quoted. Highly recommended!

HOP Home Improvement had to have been the most well priced, easy going and professional company by far!!! Justin was extremely transparent on everything that was going to be done to our windows, gave us a free roof inspection/estimate and had our windows installed in a breeze. WINDOWS WINDOWS WINDOWS! I needed windows, but I needed them to blend in with the style house. The owner, Brandi came out and walked me through all the choices and I found the perfect ones and the prices were really good! . The day came for install and they were on time and finished on schedule. 2 days later the windows were put through the test and YEAH! the new windows kept heat in AWESOME!
