After having some not so great experiences at other dealerships, we went to Honeyman Ford. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They weren't pushy or standing there, making us feel pressured. It was an excellent experience with that small town family friendly feeling. Definitely check them out if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

Best and easiest car experience we have ever had. Worth the drive from KC area. Had to find a car for our daughter quickly. Car was exactly as advertised and closed the deal without all the extra add-on haggling and finance manager time we get in KC. Definitely worth the drive. Their service department is top notch they do superior work and are very professional and honest and stand behind their work and if something goes wrong they fix it they don’t just sweep it under the rug like most service centers would thank you for the work you did on my 15 flex

I purchased a truck through Honeyman Ford out of state and online. I was nervous at first with the process, having never purchased a $70k truck sight unseen. I’m now changing my initial review after some MAJOR service-related issues. It was discovered that they had given me the wrong manual key for the truck. Here are the facts: 2 days after buying the truck I had to try and use the manual key given to me with the purchase of the truck. It didn't work, so I called Ford roadside assistance. Ford roadside assistance also tried to use the key and was unsuccessful. Once we were able to get the truck to my local Ford dealership, they identified that the manual keys given to me by Honeyman Ford were not for my truck. My local Ford dealership had to recut new keys to match the lock and replace the truck exterior door handle. It was discovered that the door handle, which has a molded plastic piece that holds the lock cylinder in place, was broken due to the wrong key being used to try and unlock the truck. The cost to cut keys, replace the exterior door handle and paint it to match the truck was $1,100. All along the way I was in communication with Honeyman Ford. After getting the truck back from being repaired. I called Honeyman to inform them of the repair cost. I was told they would not pay the full $1,100. They would only cover the cost to recut the keys, which was $200. It gets better. When letting them know how frustrated, disappointed, and dissatisfied I was, Honeyman told me it wasn't their fault that the handle broke and if I posted a bad review, they wouldn't send me anything. I guess everyone should know when they’re given incorrect keys?? Here is an idea, during vehicle prep for delivery check that you’re giving someone the correct keys. Here is the kicker, I told them unless they reconsidered, I would be changing my review. Not paying the $1,100 for the mistake they made, it has been 3 weeks since our last conversation and I have received $0(not even $200 for the recut of keys). This is a business that clearly doesn't do the right thing. Spending $1,100 to fix their mistake would have guaranteed a repeat customer. Instead, I will be sure to warn others not to do business with this unethical dealership. I would NEVER recommend buying from them. The principal of this just stinks. There are plenty of other dealerships to deal with than ones who don't put clients, relationships and doing the right thing ahead of small dollars. My hope is that this review is a warning to others, to prevent anyone from going through an ordeal like this which will only cost the consumer money.

They had just the vehicle we were looking for. We took it for a test drive and within 24 hours we were the proud owners of a Ford Edge. No hassle.

My wife and I were scheduled to look at a vehicle at 4pm after being in contact with the lot. On our way there my wife messaged to let them know we were on our way. They called because they forgot to tell us that they sold the vehicle we were to look at over the weekend. We were told they were closed over 4th of July weekend or we would have came then. We didn’t get that chance, but someone else did. This is not how you do business as far as I’m concerned. We are happy to take our business elsewhere after this.

I saw a truck I wanted at Honeyman on Autotrader. I drove 1-1/2hr on Sunday to look at the truck. Monday I called first thing and talked to Gary Kramer. Gary was a pleasure to deal with, he answered all of my questions and even drove the truck so he could check out a concern I had. I had my truck on Tuesday afternoon and they delivered it to me! I did take his guys to the car auction and even the guys that take cars back and forth to the auction were very nice. Thanks Gary, Lori, and Honeyman Ford for the great experience!

I had a 2006 F150 and my timing components went out while I was working near Seneca a few years ago. I'd already had them replaced 2 and a half years beforehand, by Mel Hambelton for $3800 I believe. I called Honeyman and spoke with Bob who had me bring the truck in. He was very polite and knowledgeable and immediately suspected my timing components were the problem. I was very skeptical of having another dealership do the work again, and Bob was very understanding of that. He assured me that the worst case scenario would be around $1800. They got my truck in to begin the work that day and Bob gave me a Ford Ranger as a rental truck, knowing that I worked pipeline and would literally be driving it through a right of way in a field and home for the weekend 4 hours away. All he asked was that I bring the truck back with a full tank of gas. Didn't even have to sign anything. They finished my truck in 2 days and it ran so much better than before it broke down. The final bill was right at $1800. Just as promised. And $2000 less than what I paid Mel Hambelton to do the EXACT SAME JOB a couple years before. 100% satisfied, and have recommended Honeyman Ford for service work to others multiple times. Big thanks to Bob for phenomenal service and being very nice and accommodating.
