Ace Air responded right away to our request for service. Annual maintenance was performed with fidelity and respect for our office space.

Always very thorough and informative. I’ve used this company since it was Dave Maxwell Heating and Cooling and I still feel as confident in their service as I did all those years ago.

Eric was very nice and effcient. Took the time to listen to my concerns. First time haveng Ace and really pleased. I am a fan.

Their technician showed up on time and did everything he could to get our system working. In the end, our 25 year old system was past the point of no return and we’ll be getting a new system soon.

You never want to have your air conditioner stop working on a hot Saturday evening but this was as good as that experience gets.

Even though it was Saturday, Melissa was very patient with my indecision as to whether we should endure the heat or pay the up-charge for a weekend appointment. The cost was very reasonable so we decided to have the work done. Erich arrived not long after and repaired our air conditioner, not once complaining about the over 90 degree heat (and mosquitos!) He answered all of my questions patiently and gave us some great tips for improving the comfort level our system is capable of. He even checked to see if the unit was still under warranty. It was and saved us a big chunk of money!
