My wife and I first contacted Krista when we needed to have the flooring replaced in our basement laundry room. Actually, when Krista answered my call, she was on vacation, but she immediately gathered all the details about the job and promised to get back to me shortly, which she did. Tyler was out at our place on June 18 and 19. The first part of the job was stripping the original 30-year-old linoleum flooring, which was a very time-consuming and tedious task. Tyler then cut and put down a beautiful luxury vinyl plank floor, which involved him moving our washer and dryer around in the small space, cutting the LVP to fit around our drains, our HVAC unit, etc. The finished product gave our laundry room a completely new and updated look. In addition, Tyler was friendly and professional throughout the time he was here, telling me exactly what he was doing, answering all my questions, etc. Also, Krista kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going as planned. I can't say enough about Krista and Tyler. He was here when he said he would be, he did an amazing job, and he left the space spotlessly clean. Oh, and the price for the job was very fair, especially considering the quality of work. We will definitely be using Krista and her people for future jobs. They are first-class in every way.
