After another company told us we “needed an immediate full AC replacement” with an estimate of $10k–$15k, we decided to get a second opinion. 911 AC Repair came out promptly, performed the actual tune-up we originally requested, and thoroughly inspected our unit. They confirmed our system is in good condition and should last another 4–6 years, with only minor maintenance needed. I had my AC go out this week and found myself and my family without cooling at the worst possible time of the summer. I called 911 Air repair because I heard they were fast and affordable. The entire staff were super friendly from scheduling the appointment to meeting Gilbert, the technician that came out. Joshua was on time. Explained everything he was going to do. Also Joshua gave me recommendation about my air conditioner . I was completely satisfied.

Joshua. Was great. Problem was that he can't maintanace our system until the dampers are replaced. Our estimated invoice did not have an approval button. So I called expecting the dampers to be installed today. Joshua sent us another invoice and that one also did not have a approval button. Waiting to have someone call to schedule the dampers replacements when you get the parts. We are down 2/3 dampers, so hopefully this will happen soon!!

Wow! Everything went smoothly. Josh was great. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Great experience. Now, going to have to buy a new system in a few months, but they helped me out of a jam.

Called this afternoon from work after getting a notification our AC wasn’t working in 107 deg heat. They got me into a time slot that worked for me, our tech came out within the first hour of the 3-hour window, and he was so quick to diagnose and fix our issue. Honestly so impressed by how quick the entire process took for an emergent situation; within 4 hours of calling our AC is already fixed and house is cooling again! Thank you!!

Honest! Integrity! Through! Fast! Fair! What more can I say . . . I booked an appointment online after sending a text, and just as I finished they responded that they could get a tech out today. Lupe arrived earlier than I expected and spoke with me about what was happening. He then jumped right in and quickly found the issue, gave me a repair quote, then fixed it very quickly. Pictures of the bad part with the Fieldpiece multimeter connected were also provided showing that it is truly bad. I know the unit is nearly 20 years old and expected Lupe to say that I need a new one but he said it is in good shape with this repair. Thank you for the utmost professionalism in your trade!

Ray and his guys are some of the best in the industry- had no cool air on a 3 yr young trane unit the tech after few hours of troubleshooting found the problem and the evaporator coil and freon leak was diagnosed , few days later they took there time cleaned there mess up and problem solved . I cannot say enough nice things about this company or the technician that they sent out. My AC went out at 8:30 in the morning and they had somebody here by 9:30 in the morning. He was polite, knowledgeable and honest. The process is super simple and their employees are super helpful. I was able to apply for financing and able to schedule a new unit to arrive within two days. In the meantime, they provided me with a rental fan to hold us over until the new unit could be installed.This is my second time purchasing an AC unit and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had.
