Jose and Alex did a terrific job of replacing our failed siding on our garage.
Jeff was our initial contact, estimator and construction manager who made certain the job went as he advised us it would.
I highly recommend them and will contact them again if siding, roofing or windows are needed in our future.

I had HHS install a new back deck and front porch for us. The professionalism and care, from the estimate to the build was top notch. Sam clearly explained the estimate to me and was there for us when we had to make some changes to the design. The build team Tyson and Justin are very meticulous and really care about the product they are building for their client. They worked hard even through the unexpected snow we had to finish our project. The decks look amazing. I will definitely recommend HHS to neighbors and friends.

Our neighbor used this company for their own siding project, so we already knew that they did good work. Compared to other contractors we have used, this was a painless experience. Communication from Rich about the project was timely and he always responded should we have a question.
The work ethic of the crew who completed the job was first class, they always did an thorough clean up at the end of every day, and the end result is excellent, we have received compliments not just from our immediate neighbors but also passers by.
Would definitely recommend. You might get cheaper estimates, but the little bit extra is worth the peace of mind of the job being done correctly the first time.

The deck looks so awesome but more importantly, we know it’s well built. The materials used were way bigger and better than the old one we had. The staff starting with Jeff is amazing. We had our roof and soffits replaced by Honest Home Solutions LLC in January. The whole crew was very efficient, kind, and professional. They addressed/answered all our questions throughout the process. They took photos of areas that needed extra work so we could see what was going on. Clean up was great. Not only does it look amazing, but it functions just as well. We recently had a huge windstorm and several neighbors lost singles. Ours is still pristine! Nothing negative to say!

My new roof looks amazing!! They used the best roofing material and gave us piece of mind with the warranty plan that was offered. The crew was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. They worked very efficiently and did a full cleanup everyday.

Just recently had my windows done. Had a broken window which I guess,Richard did not know about. But when he did find out he was quick to get it taken care of. I appreciated his handling of it.

From start to finish the two contractors that did the work were courteous, professional and did a quality job…the only glitch was that the Project Manager that I initially worked with had moved on but any misunderstanding about what I wanted and what was actually written was quickly and friendly handled for a happy ending…I would definitely hire them again for other repairs

We had the old wood siding of our house replaced with Hardie Plank siding. The crew that did the tear down and replacement were so quick, professional, and great at working with our needs as we had several remodeling projects going at one time. The pricing was great, and they were very easy to work with.

I am delighted with the work that Honest Home Solutions did for me when I hired them to build my deck. These people are friendly, professional and concerned with their clients' satisfaction. I think that mine was considered a small project, a 10 x 12 deck. Once they were able to get to it (end of summer) the job was done in just two days. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. The deck is beautiful and a fine addition to my house. The price for the project was quite fair, too. They beat out the other estimate I got substantially. I would certainly hire them for any future projects.

Honest Home Solutions just finished building a deck for me and I am very pleased with it and the entire process. Starting with how quickly Jeff (Project Manager) responded to my initial and subsequent inquiries, to his visit and willingness to listen to my needs & offer suggestions/solutions, all the way to the scheduled build day with Peter and crew's professionalism, communication about the project, their commitment to finish in one day, the quality of their work and cleanup, I couldn't be more pleased. My objective was to expand the patio area and for the deck to be as even as possible to the sliding glass door to make the deck accessible for a walker/wheelchair (eliminating 2 steps down to existing patio). Objective accomplished and we have beautiful composite decking that will be easy to maintain and add value to our home. Thank you!

Made an appointment for an estimate for exterior work (deck) but Honest Home Solutions LLC never showed up, nor did they call to let us know that they won't be here. My wife both came home early from work so we lost this part of the afternoon. When I called them, they informed me that they didn't even have us in their system.

Terrible with appointments. Set up 10am for today, confirmed via email. They didn't show up, after waiting for 20 min, call them, the lady on the phone said, well, I see you here on my computer, let me find out and call you back... nobody give us call back... Terrible, not so HONEST, for Honest home solutions after all.

They arrived early, worked hard, stayed late. The work they did was beautiful. They paid attention to detail and consulted with me every step of the way. Fantastic communication, and overall outstanding experience from start to finish. I would recommend Honest Home Solutions to anyone who is looking for some good honest work!

This company had subcontractors do the job. The sales person should have told us that they don't paint houses. He promised there would be English speaking workers but they weren't. Jeff sold us on the premise that a team of THEIR workers would do the project They called 30 minutes before they arrive (we were going on a trip that day). Said they were tapping the house. We said we paid for pressure washing first. The man said he will call right back because they had to call the boss to see if it was in the contract. Thirty minutes later they called back to say they will pressure wash first. The painting came two days later. When I called Rich the owner about the wood rot should be done first he became demeaning, accusatory bad mouthed me and claimed I wanted to control the project. The supposed wood worker did not speak English. Could not communicate with the painter or the supposed wood worker. Rich pulled everyone off the project "I want to see this project, this is bigger than the contract state, it's out of control." 5 days later he shows up with attitude. He was rude, claiming he doesn't do painting or the repairs we needed (on the web site, second item was house painting). Everytime I called him he would ask if it was in the contract. WHY doesn't he know by now what is in the contract. The paint job was bad. They painted over the cobwebs! I am painting the missed and poor painting spots. Communication is poor. Some days there were no shows. Our deck also was subcontracted out. He did a good job. I do not recommend this company because of the poor quality and they lied to us about who would do the work. I would have hired a true painter and a good power washer company instead if I knew this company didn't do what they promised.
Can't say what services they performed because Honest (NOT TRUE)Home Solutions did not do the services. Rich acused us of being racists, that I wanted to ruin his company and lay off 40 employees. The reason I wanted the wood trim done first was to have pest control inspect or have someone else checkout if there was water damage before painting but he ALWAYS talked over me so he still doesn't know my concern. Project started in June, finished October. Every week he would call, schedule, and then call on the scheduled day and make an excuse to not finish the trim. Finally finished October 12, for>than 6 weeks of playing us. He kept saying you don't like me and we agreed. You should have heard all of his excuses, contradicting the other excuse for not coming the scheduled day.

Best decision I could possibly have made. This is the type of company you are excited to recommend to your friends and family. I contracted this project with Honest Home Solutions from 3,500 miles away. They discussed what I wanted as an end result to ensure our contract was exactly what I wanted, kept in contact with me regularly, and provided pictures along the way of the progress. It's incredibly difficult to find companies you can trust, but they were amazing the entire time. They were exceptionally considerate of the stress of contracting a major and expensive project from so far away, going above and beyond may expectations.

They repaired my large 2nd story deck. They did an absolutely fantastic job and went well beyond what I was expecting. Great company, highly recommended.

The crew just finished up and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. We are particularly happy with the craftsmanship of the two men Esie and Elder. They paid great attention to detail, organized their equipment every night and worked like a team. Our house now looks brand new. Very pleased with the results.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, starting right at the top, the owner Rich, Mike the general manager, their construction team was simply amazing and outstanding. I got the Azek decking with reverse roofing with a skylight to open up the landscape. The design was spectacular! Very professional, timely and responsive team. I would highly recommend them to any other deck installation companies out there! I also got the French door done by them and the entire job was done much beyond my expectations!!

I felt no pressure from Rich, he just gave us a lot of good information, not a long drawn out dog and pony show like so many other companies. No deals, no specials, just the price that was given. I couldn’t be happier with the work, everything was done on time and with great communication. Beautiful work and we now have beautiful skylights as well. Thank you so much Rich!

Benjamin was very personable and it didn’t take him long to determine where the leak on my roof was. He showed and told me how to fix it. Since it was a fairly simple fix that would end up saving me money doing it myself. Who does that nowadays? I was very grateful for the details of how to fix it and products to buy! I highly recommend hiring this quality and knowledgeable man!

The owner and my sales contact were fantastic to work with. The installation went really well. The crew did great work. On the first walk through after the crew finished I had three items I wanted adjusted and they scheduled the crew to come out and take care of the items. WOW!! What a great job. It looks like a NEW HOUSE! Love it!

We contracted with Honest Home Solutions to provide railing for our deck. Due to product shortages since the pandemic and discontinuation of some colors, Mike worked tirelessly to find color acceptable materials to finish our job as we wanted. Their man, Daniel, worked steadily in the cold to get this job done. I have great respect for Jessie, Mike and Daniel and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing outdoor home improvement.

Short review: (Siding/Fascia/Soffits/Gutters) Rich and his crew do a fantastic job at a great price. Clear and frequent communication, neat & conscientious crew, no surprises, GORGEOUS result. I would use them again and will continue to enthusiastically recommend them to family and friends.

Long review: I met Rich at the Lacey Home and Garden show. I went to the show specifically to connect with companies to replace my siding. I ended up meeting with 6 different companies and received 5 quotes. It's a big project and costly, so I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice of contractor. Honest Home Solution's quote was not the least expensive but they were performing the most work for the price. Again, I met with 6 different companies so I had a lot of parameters to compare. In addition, there were the non-tangible factors I considered; Rich always returned calls or texts within an hour or so, emails within a day, he was always early when we met and most importantly, he was endlessly patient with my bazillion questions.
My project took 7 days, Tuesday-Tuesday. Crews worked all day every day. These guys were wonderful. I have a fair-sized garden located about 3 feet back from the front of the length of the house. I prepared myself for some plant damage - since there was not much room for a person to manuever - but a not a single plant was crushed or a stem broken. There were many other ways I noticed their conscientiousness; in placing the solar lights they removed from the facia along the path to my entry door since it was so dark with all the lighting taken down. They made sure to shore up (better than my shoring) the gap we left for them in the fence at the end of the day so my dogs couldn't escape. They left the site very neat and orderly every evening. They treated my home and space with the care they'd afford a family member.
At the end of the project Rich and I did a walk-about and settled up. The cost was exactly what was originally quoted. No surpises.
My neighbors all stop to tell me how gorgeous my home turned out. It looks brand new!
I am so glad I met Rich and thankful to him and the Honest Home Solutions crew. Again, I enthusiastically recommend this company.

Honest Home Solution just installed a new roof on my home. Jonathan was wonderful, didn't try to sale me anything I didn't need. Was honest about the cost. I had gotten many quotes, Jonathan quote was by far the best, and using the same product as the others. Kennedy the installer was so good, did a beautiful job. I'm so happy with his work. I believe in HHS so much I'm having them do more work for me, plus they did the roof 2 weeks earlier than it was Schedule.

Had to clear my morning to be at the jobsite, no one showed up. I called Jessie back 15mn after the appointment time, who told me the person that was supposed to come out was "tied up" on another job. No one called to give me the heads up or reschedule. When I inquired at what time I could expect someone to arrive he said he would call me back. He never did.

Jessie was super responsive and professional which is rare with so many bad companies out there. He worked with me to get the right job. I'd highly recommend him

We got several quotes for our siding job, since we knew it was going to be pricey to take our place down to the studs. After talking to a bunch of different companies, we agreed that Rich and Jessie definitely had given us a fair price, and they made us feel confident we would be in good hands. Their crew took the siding of our 1904 home from rotting and water-logged to absolutely beautiful. Everyone in our neighborhood has been stopping by to comment on how great our place looks. My favorite part was that the crew managed to hold onto some intricate wood trim that was previously on the house, since they knew that was important to me. I didn't want the house to lose all of its vintage charm during the update, and they helped with that. We love it! We just had our home resided by HHS and could not be more pleased. Owners Rich and Jesse were a pleasure to work with - communications was excellent! They kept us informed as to the steps to be taken and their crew was efficient and professional.
Trim painting was needed and painter, Dino, worked around this February weather to do a great job. He was a stickler for getting it right!

I have worked professionally and personally with this company. Rich Amos and Jesse Boggs don’t disappoint with their work they did on my remod work . The quality , craftsmanship , honesty ( which is hard to find ) and really helped iron out the solutions for my house .. The exterior work they did was flawless , the minor interior work top notch . I also work in this industry and their team they have behind them is A+. I have referred them customers and they are always on the ball .

We met a guy that said he was one of the owners at the home show in puyallup. We made an appointment for an estimate for our remodel. They didn't call or show up for the appointment. I called a couple of days before our appointment, left a message and did not receive a call back. I dont recommend this company.
The day after I left this review I received a call from one of the owners. I made an appointment for an estimate. One of the owners showed up, I showed him what we want to remodel and he left. I have yet to hear or see an estimate. I was willing to try Honest Home Solutions, but I got nothing from them other than a request to take my review down. Sad! I would rather hear that they dont want to do the remodel, but instead I got nothing!!!

Honest home solutions did an excellent job on my new roof. After the job was done, cleanup was also done well.
