Taking care to save anything salvageable, following my requests to the letter, he was always on time with a smile on his face. He showed concern for my property, my animals, and me. We needed a hole dug for our bank barn foundation, and Ivan did the job carefully and efficiently. Ivan helped us with a project at my Mother-in-law's place that has been a problem ever since she moved there. Ivan is a neighbor and he did my work very satisfactorily. His trackloader is large enough to do any job quickly and efficiently. Ivan is a hard worker and his goal is to satisfy the customer. He did his marking and measuring in my presence. His rates are good and I will use him again in the future.

Ivan was a pleasure to work with. In May 2019, he did some work on our retaining wall and fixed our front yard so it wasn't so steep. During that project he noticed how washed out our gravel driveway was and offered an estimate to fix it. We never felt pressure to get this additional work done, we decided to have him fix the driveway as well and we are so glad we did. He was reasonably priced and always followed through and did exactly what he said he would do. We always knew when he would be working at our home and communicated clearly if he wasn't able to come out due to family commitments or weather. He did a fantastic job and made sure everything was perfect before he left. I would absolutely use him again!
