Hondaland

What you DON'T get in the big city dealerships I've dealt with is the sort of care and concern that I encounter with these folks at Hondaland. It's like night and day. They're upbeat, people-oriented, creative with hard problems and I've found their meticulousness to be comforting.
I was there at Hondaland on one occasion when a fellow came in. He was stranded a million miles from home. I saw their Admin and Service drop everything and find this guy a fix, even though they didn't have everything he needed. They made calls and got it done for him.
You can't fake heart. And like I said, you don't see that everywhere out there. Great place to do business.
I'd pay more to buy a machine from these folks in this little town, but it turns out I didn't have to. Their prices are pretty comparable to what's out there from what I've seen, and their excellence is thrown in for free.
Oh, and Valkyrie is the hottest bike ever. Just ask anyone hehe. See pic ;)

I purchased a motorcycle from this dealer in late September. Repeated calls have informed me that my license plate and registration would be, and then had been, mailed to me. Today is December 5, 2023. The temporary license expired on November 6. Perhaps I was not repeated lied to. I shall let you decide.

Really disappointed today to hear the way my kids mom was treated at Hondaland today.
She has had a road bike for the last couple of years and decided to upgrade her tires to whitewalls. She is loosely related to the owners so felt comfortable with asking if they could change out the wheels and was quoted a fair shop price of $25 for each tire if she removed them and brought them in(which is the same price we have paid at other shops)
Upon picking them up they were still being balanced. No problem she decided to wait. The desk clerk Mimi thought she had left and was on a private call and said many derogatory Al things about my kids mom’s character and made fun of her for “thinking she’s some bad biker now” and to top it off felt a need to make reference to the fact that “she’s married to some Indian” at that point my kids mom decided to make a sound to let her know she was still in the store shopping and well to say I was hurt and disappointed in the way my ex wife was treated would be an understatement.
I really feel sorry for the review but she didn’t deserve to be treated that way let alone for them to make reference to the fact that she chose to have a family with a “Navajo” whatever she meant by that should be remembered.
We will not be doing business with them again.
