He kept me updated throughout this whole process and informed me what to expect at each step if this process. My new roof looks great! After a bad storm last year we got a call from a neighbor of ours, at the beach, letting us know we had some damage andbit was in their yard. We live in Raleigh, so we called Josh at Restoration Roofing to coordinate an inspect and install to the property. I had made several calls pertaining to my mom’s house. Out of all the companies, the one that stood out above the rest, Restoration Roofing. From the first phone call I made we were off to a great start. Josh answered the phone and was extremely personable. We as a family, had just lost our dad, this new roof was something my father wanted for my mom. Josh was completely understanding and empathetic in our conversation which on two occasions involved my tears.
After the quote was accepted, Josh came to our home, went over all pertinent information and answered any questions. He placed the order for the materials and introduced the crew.
Materials came in and the team completed the job in 4-5 days. Josh was present and available the entire time. Every single team member was top notch.
The new metal roof looks absolutely INCREDIBLE!!

Josh was able to see me the same day I contacted him to inspect my roof for any damage from the wind storm hurricane Helene brought. He brought his own tools and ladder and did a thorough inspection. He even took pictures of everything. As a disabled veteran, getting into my attic or on my roof is tough, but the little extra effort from him was priceless. Even though I'm the type that likes to see things with my own eyes, the pictures/inspection made it possible for me to confidently look into other preventative maintenance for my house. There are two things I would rate a company on, quality of work and customer support. First, Restoration Roofing has a quality installation crew. One day from start to finish including clean up. The job included protection of all our shrubs and plantings around the house. The clean up was so complete I have yet to find a nail or a scrap of debris.
Second, customer service. I think this is critical when replacing a roof. How many of us have had experience in this area? I needed someone to guide me through the process from selection of roofing shingles, dealing with insurance adjusters, making sure the work is done to a high standard, to working with the insurance to insure their final payment. Josh was just the person for the job. He was with me every step of the way. It was good to know he was available when I had a question and he responded to my texts quickly. Would I recommend this company ? Yes. Would I use them again? Yes but not needed on my current house.

I just want to sing the praises of my interactions with Matt. We are new homeowners that happen to live in the same neighborhood and reached out in need of a ladder to reach something on the side of our house.
