First working with my insurance company took months, many meetings, set backs, denials and challenges that are not normal. Rick was with us anytime we needed him. We were very concerned and as you can imagine emotional given our long standing relationship with our insurance company and their decisions. Rick & Todd were great to work with through my roof & gutter replacement! Good local company to partner with. Shortly after my roof was installed a branch fell and damaged a small portion of siders edge and Todd and Rick came out themselves to replace it after their work was done!

Hometown Restoration recently replaced our roof and sections of guttering/ window trim due to storm damage. The process from start to finish was very smooth - they worked well with our insurance company, discusses with us and matched our current style/colors very closely, and communicated very clearly about scheduled work days, including a delay due to weather.
