The Homestead Exteriors team most recently replaced the remaining original windows on my home. Communication throughout the whole process was great with a quality install. I’ve worked with Paul and Cash on multiple exterior projects the past few years. They are always incredibly easy to work with, very professional, and have helped transform our home into one of the nicest looking in our neighborhood. After a long search, we chose Homestead Exteriors and we’re so glad we did. From the start, Cash and Paul stood out with excellent follow-up, patience, and helpful guidance in selecting colors that would work best for our home.

Our project wasn’t simple due to the steep pitch of the roof, but Cash, Paul, and the entire Homestead team handled it without issue. Once the work began, they completed everything in just two weeks, were easy to communicate with, and left the site tidy at the end of each day.

Remove all the old siding AND replace 11 windows and a sliding glass door in ONE day in December!?! It was amazing. It was fantastic to work with Cash and crew. Professional from start to finish, attentive to our wants, helpful with suggestions of what has worked well with past clients, super responsive, careful on property, and quick when the weather cleared. Cash helped us redesign the front porch entry and his crew did an amazing job with the refit. They were exceptional at making sure the couple of spots that had a little water damage under the old siding were mitigated and then made doubly sure the new wrap and siding were sealed up tight. Lastly, they painted the brick and the old garage door, too, for a fully complete package. Highly recommend and would use them again and again.

We’ve had a lot of different contractors work on our house and Homestead was by far the easiest and most professional to work with. Honest communication and tremendous craftsmanship from the installers is why I would refer this company. Any small detail we asked them to do they fixed and they kept the job site clean. The James Hardie siding is amazing! A very solid material that you can tell will last. I love the shingle shake in the front of the house. Adds a lot of character. We went with the primed siding and then painted the house a greenblack color. The house is officially transformed. 5 big stars!!

Had 3 estimates before Cash came out from Homestead. First off, none of the other estimates wanted to or knew how to fix it. I was told, it is a siding issue, it is a foundation issue, it is a siding issue, again.
Cash came out and had a plan within 15 minutes. He was going to fix the siding, insulate, mitigate the issue with the foundation (because a sidewalk was poured too high). He also suggested some aesthetics to make the project not only look better but go smoother. He was still priced lower than others. Very grateful to him and his team. Finished the whole job in a day. Will absolutely use Homestead Exteriors again for the rest of the house.

The entire team at Homestead did an amazing job start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The final bill matched the initial estimate exactly and was significantly lower than other estimates I had received. Steve and Paul were personally involved the entire time and made great suggestions to save us money on the job. They were very patient, not pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The crew came every day until the job was completed. At the end of each day, all the equipment and materials were put away and the area was kept extremely clean during the entire process. Angel, the foreman of the crew was amazing. He and his staff were extremely good at what they do. Although I am no contractor, I have done a lot of handyman work myself over the years on my homes and my children's homes. I have also had a lot of experience with contractors in the past and I know the difference between those that are mediocre at best and those that are extremely good at what they do and are also proud of their effort. The team that came in here was extremely professional and meticulous in their craftsmanship. It was a real pleasure to watch them do their work. We could not have been happier with the outcome!

I had some siding and soffit blow down from under the roof and was having zero luck finding anyone to take on this small but important job within a reasonable timeframe. Meanwhile I had fascia falling down anytime the wind blew hard enough.
