Colorado Construction & Restoration recently helped me with a rental property that needed a new roof. The initial inspection revealed storm damage to shingles as well as additional wear and tear on the metal flashing and gutters. From the inspection on, working with the insurance company, coordinating the schedule with the different crews through the completion of the job, everything was handled in a timely, efficient, professional manner.

Colorado construction worked tirelessly to get my insurance company to do the right thing! After they handled all the red tape my only responsibility was picking a new roof color! We thought we had hail damage on our roof. Joel with Colorado Construction and Restoration came out and looked at our roof to confirm we had damage before we filed a claim. Our insurance company confirmed our roof was totaled. We scheduled our roof to be replaced with Colorado Construction. They had product delivered within one week! We had a new roof installed in one day! The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything! I would highly recommend them for anyone’s home! We also had a repair that needed attention above our kitchen the crews fixed this while they were onsite!!

If you have ever wondered if there is a contractor out there that is professional, timely, and honest, look no further than Colorado Construction and Restoration! They had replaced my roof a few years ago because of a hail storm and sadly I had to call them again because of the recent killer hail storm. This time it was a whole lot more than just my roof that needed to be repaired/replaced. The team was AMAZING. All of the different repairs (roof, windows, siding, etc) were all perfectly orchestrated around each other AND my schedule. Everyone who was at my home was professional and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly. As much as I hope I never have to do business with them again, if the need arises, they will be my first phone call.
