Champion Windows are great when latches break. Fixed but sometimes it takes months to get service. They were unresponsive when I got fog between my window panes. They said my warranty was a “Limited Warranty “ so they were not compelled to help. I would NOT recommend Champion. Very disappointed.

can't trust team logan, because applewood plumbing turned our water heater off, to make a sale. Thank God a good friend of ours came over to see why we had no hot water, since I was out of town. And he found the water heater turned off. That is why I cannot trust your recommendations.

I wrote to Team Dave Logan requesting they investigate and consider removing a company from their recommendation list because the company had been sold to an out-of-state company with shady business practices. The reply was that they forwarded my complaint to the company, and that they re-check companies annually. What?! I always suspected their endorsements were for sale since every one I contacted over the years was incredibly high priced. The slogan "Team Dave Logan is built on three principles: trust, integrity, and quality", apparently has no merit. To me, trust and integrity is synonymous with honest, quality service at a fair price.

I hired one of Logans Team companies. Patriot Painting and they damaged my foundation with a high pressure wash. The concrete is gone. I called the owner Miguel several times. He gave me a fake ins. Co who does not insure him. Now ins has passed on 4 times to other ins. companies. They do not respond. Miguel does not respond. I called Logan's office and got nowhere for help or follow up with the painter. No one seems to take responsibility. Tonya

So...I called Plumbline regarding a special that they were running. Flush and fill water heater for $99. The Plumbline 'technician' arrived and introduced himself. He had no tools with him. We went down to the basement where the water heater is. He proceeded to tell me that the water heater was too old (8 years) to flush and was going to write up estimates for replacements. For whatever reason my wife left him alone with the water heater. He left and we got the estimates soon after. About 3 hours later we discovered we had no hot water. The technician' had shut off the pilot light. A couple of days later I got a call from the Plumbline office wanting to know which estimate I had chosen. I told him that that their sales tactic didn't work, that I know how to light a pilot light. The guy hung up on me.
This really really happened. This was a Dave Logan recommendation. I will always avoid Dave Logan References.

I implicitly trust Team Dave Logan's website. Every time we are in need of contractors, I defer to the judgement of the Team. I spoke to Alexis yesterday on a situation, and received professionalism and courteous help! I also got a follow-up from Lisa about the same situation. I always recommend Team Dave Logan to my neighbors.

We had terrific experience with a Team Dave Logan recommended company: Colorado Tree & Lawn Specialists -- Jay Bradley. Jay had his crew trim our trees on Nov. 20 and we cannot say enough about the excellent work they did! Jay is terrific and his workers were too! And we were so excited they did the job for less than half of the bids we got from two other companies (who are NOT part of Team Dave Logan, by the way) to do the job! We had 7 big trees that needed trimming --five on our parkways (we live on a corner in South Denver) and two in our yard. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone we know who needs tree trimming!

When I reached out to you about the terrible company (Plumbline Services) ((Bob Logan)) you did nothing to help. It took contacting a lawyer to get the damage to our house fixed. Team Dave Logan is a scam as far as I’m concerned. So go ahead and respond with “To best address your concerns and develop a better understanding of your experience, would you mind messaging our team directly at [email protected]?”.

I received your publication, tried to use Colorado Curbing & Landscape listed there. I called and schedule an appointment. An individual stopped by at the incorrect time, left a card and samples. After multiple attempts to contact the organization to get an estimate, I was completely ignored. I have lost some faith in your organization. I suggest you remove the company from you publication. Got your name off the door at Grease Monkey on bowels and Platte Canyon. I explained when I got here yesterday, that out of the last four times I’ve been here, they left leaks two times, and after the first one, they snuck an oversized drain plug in, and the manager(Chris) lied about it. I wouldn’t have known, but after they left ANOTHER leak, an employee told me about the plug. I told them the whole story yesterday, begged them to be careful, they left ANOTHER LEAK. Craziest part, this happened another time, at a Grease Monkey on Lakewood on a different truck. Now they’re telling me it wasn’t them..

I have used Team Dave Logan twice in order to find the Right Professional
for my home improvement project. The contractor for the first project from several years ago was excellent. An issue developed with the last contractor. I contacted the Team Dave Logan office. They in turn contacted the contractor. The contractor called me and apologized and the project was completed. In the future if I need to find the right contractor I will check with Team Dave Logan.

Lisa at Team Dave Logan was super responsive and helpful, and she gave me great confidence in selecting any referral from them.

I contracted with a company that was recommended by Team Dave Logan. I later filed a complaint on the Team Dave Logan website, and got an immediate call to inquire about the problem. I was told they would follow up with me after investigating, however, after numerous phone calls and text messages, nobody would call me back to let me know what happened with the investigation. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

In july of 2018 (20 months ago). Yes, still not complete. My wife and I hired a contractor primarily for the Team Logan reccomendation. We hold Dave Logan in high regard. This turned out to work against us. Armour Roofing and Exteriour was contracted to complete multiple repairs to our home due to a hail storm. The number of problems would overwhelm the space provided here. Team Logan was dismissive to every account of our issues and I was finnally asked, "did you hire others to complete the project?"My yes answer was met with "well then you are taken care of". The reccomendation of Team Logan is no longer consideration for us. Such a shame as it meant so much.
