Niko and his team did excellent work for my house. updates: leveled out the flooring with new subflooring, installed new laminate flooring throughout the house, new stairs, new windows, fesh paint throughout, new front & back storm doors, new exterior back door, new insulation with moisture barrier in the basement, serviced heating system, new sump pump.

I have to admit I was scared when I heard the demolition but the finished product was better than we expected. He explained everything he was doing and he put in extra time and effort to make it look perfect. Brought in an electrician so that was done right.
